An amazing experience especially to my driver Jarret he was outgoing and professional took care of my car and went over and beyond helping me move my car in to the right spot overall satisfied and I already know who to call and to the lady that also attended me don’t remember sorry about that but also was very nice and professional. Needed my 66 Corvair flat bedded about 18 miles. AAA failed me the night before, making me wait two hours for a no show. These guys (William) were there in a jiffy, on an early Saturday morning. They exercised extreme care and delivered the car unscathed to my driveway. So grateful for this exceptional service.

They did take a bit longer than estimated to get to us but I’m blaming that on the weather and the fact that it was 6:30 in the morning. But Jarrett was super nice! I had originally called in for just a heavy duty truck, didn’t think they would also tow a trailer. They did though so we were grateful for that! Price was fair and pick up and drop off went smoothly. Will definitely use them again if the need ever arises. It looks like they also do farm equipment so this is definitely the tow truck company you need.

11/10 experience. JUNIOR was the man! He was at hour 18 of his shift and made magic happen by getting my car out not to mention his arrival time was quicker than your local pizza place, sending anyone that needs tows or anything here just based off the amazing service

It took a little bit for them to get to us, but they are SO worth it. We had a touchy situation and they were professional, classy and reliable. Old school service by handshake. 100% recommend. Dispatcher was fantastic as well. Would use them again in an instant. A million thank you’s.

My car completely shut down in Lakeland on the way home from Tampa to Orlando. Epic Towing responded quickly and kept me informed until they arrived to help. Once Junior arrived, he was awesome! He was professional and courteous from start to finish. Junior got my car loaded quickly and got me and the car home safely. I highly recommend Junior and appreciate his excellent customer service!

Horrible, after waiting for 100 minutes with no updates we were finally told it would be another hour. And then added another 30 minutes on top of that. And another 15 after those passed. Do not do business with them.

Prompt, courteous service even though it was around 9 at night. Jarrett was very kind. His cab was large enough to accommodate extra passengers which was a definite bonus. I have used Epic in the past & they have always been great.
