“My iPad 8th gen quit charging. They spent 15 or so minutes cleaning and checking out the charging port. Said the port was bad and needed to be replaced:cost $139. BUT he told me I’d be far ahead to upgrade, even to just a 9th gen, which I could buy on Amazon for $249. Said that way I’d have a new battery, etc. So that’s what I did. He didn’t charge me anything for the diagnostics or his time. I really appreciated that he didn’t just go ahead and replace port to make some money. If I ever have tech issues again I will definitely go back there.”
