This review has been a long time coming. My husband and I decided to sell our house in April 2022 and Rv full-time. I found Frank’s post for an RV on Facebook Marketplace that had everything we wanted. We reached out to him in May 2022 and completed our purchase of our RV, Gypsy Rose, in June 2022. We found Frank to be an honest businessman, a wealth of knowledge and he made recommendations even when it did not benefit him. We finally sold our house in Feb 2023 and are now on the road!!! I can't say enough about how happy we were to work with Frank to sell our RV for us. He was so great to deal with right from the start. Super nice and down to earth. He understood our situation with wanting to get out from under our very new RV that we don't use anymore and gave us a fair estimate for what he could get us. He even made suggestions of other routes to explore (even outside of what he could offer) just to make sure we were coming out with the best case scenario for ourselves. Bottom line is he had the best "offer." Most dealers don't do consignment sales anymore, they only quoted straight buyout at a lower amount than what Frank was offering on consignment. His was the best deal for us outside of selling it ourselves - which we didn't want to do. He had our RV pictured and listed very quickly and within about a month or so he had a deposit on it. He got us the amount he quoted and everything went smoothly with getting the money from him to pay it off and getting the title to him, etc. Everything was exactly what he said from start to finish and just super nice to work with. All of the great reviews were right.

Purchased a travel trailer from Easy Escapes RV. I was looking to avoid all the nonsense associated with the big dealerships, and all of the big fees that they charge on top of their selling price. Was very happy to have found what I was looking at Easy Escapes at an honest price, with a very simple and straight forward purchasing process - no pushy sales people looking for their commission.

Frank is one of those rare people who does what he says he'll do. He told me what he would get me for my RV and did exactly that.He is friendly, kind, and trustworthy. I have, and will, recommend him to anyone who wants to have as hassle free an experience as you could hope for. Do yourself a favor and pass the other dealerships by and call Frank. When you walk in to Easy Escapes RV don't expect the typical plaid suit jacket salesman to greet you. Instead you will be met by Frank Mason, a down to earth , honest , knowledgeable gentleman.
I called Frank about an RV he had advertised. He stayed on the phone with me for half an hour explaining the high points of the unit and any imperfections he noticed. Being 1200 miles away, I wanted to get a feel for the RV. Frank sent me additional pictures and personally walked through the unit and even climbed on to the roof to answer my inquiries.
After talking to Frank, I booked airfare and travelled to his location. I was not disappointed. The RV was as described and an offer was made and accepted.
It doesn't end there. After the sale, Frank continued to work on my behalf by calling and scheduling service technicians to service the coach and add additional equipment I requested.
All in all, a very pleasant and professional experience.
I would highly recommend Frank and Easy Escapes RV if you are in the market for a pre-owned RV.
