Love this store it’s convenient for me I live up the street and they carry everything but the prices on the shelf never match at the register. Example price tag a say a $1 but once scanned it’s $1.25 or food items a be posted at $5 but once scanned $7.25 like I wish they would actually post the price the item is in the system what’s the point of a price tag? I’ve heard plenty complaining about this besides the long lines since they closed self check out. Or how the store just be randomly closing at times it should be open due to lack of staff or whatever reasons they be having to do so happens more frequently then expected. Besides that the staff is super friendly always playing good music and welcoming. Just needs a few adjustments with the prices great store to shop in

I love Dollar general for couponing. I find some amazing deals on household essentials and home decor. The app also will add your items to your list and you just clip the digital coupon that attaches and it gives you your break down in app. It really simplifies everything. It also tells you if the item is in stock.

Shopping experience was ok. But check out could use a lot of work. The cashiers are more concerned about watching videos on phones than checking out customers. Once they are done scanning your stuff, they walk away without saying anything. You swipe your card and get your receipt yourself. Zero customer service at checkout. If you speak to them, they kinda look at you like, Why are you talking to me....

Always understaffed and the staff they do have don't know how to do simple things like carpet cleaner rental. But they can definitely stand around talking while a huge line forms

This location is always slow. Only one register & employees are stocking & can't see the customers. Yesterday morning I watched someone bag her things without purchasing. Self check out is always closed down but still didn't stop that person from bagging her things & just walking out. All while the morning employee was one her phone down an aisle

The store was just recently remodeled. It has produce and meat, and more frozen goods. The store is over crowded with items, and the aisles are very narrow. So narrow that you cant turn the buggy around, you have to back up. The aisles are blocked with items to be stocked on a daily basis, it is an obstacle course to shop. The store plays loud latino music .Overall, I am very disappointed in the store I loved shopping at. I will be shopping at the Dollar General in Polk City from now on.Bring Back Heather so she can clean up the place!Unhappy customer

On 10/13 7:45pmThere was a line 5 deep with only the self check out open.Both cashier Hannah and Destiny were in the back room with the door wide open gossiping not once did they decide to help anyone in the store or maybe stock the multiple boxes of items left in the aisle. Must be nice to have a paycheck without actually working.

Pretty typical Dollar General. It's a newer store so isn't run down like a couple I've been in. Good for those quickie runs we all have once in a while.
