The first time I tried to explain how my badges and rank should be sown on I was told not to worry because they know how to do military informs and proceeded to sew the patch on the wrong sleeve. This coupled with not getting a call when the item was ready was frustrating but mistakes happen and it was fixed quickly.
This last time was the last time, as I spent a while trying to explain that rank needed to be centered between the shoulder seem and the elbow bend. The process became difficult and frustrating until the lady told me to just measure it and mark it myself. I did not want to argue and did not (don’t have) the confidence they understand how to add the ranks so I said I would go somewhere else, to which they said fine and even opened the door for me to leave.
Tailors Touch, near Wellington mall, is a bit further of a drive but they have a former marine on staff and don’t seem to struggle with how to do military uniforms. I will make the drive there going forward.

They have cute scrubs in most sizes. If they don't have your size, they will order you some. They have both long sleeve and short sleeve chef coats in black, white, red, and grey. I did notice the employee gathered around the register just talking. Only the one young man who was stocking stopped what he was doing to ask if I needed help. 8 out of 10 from me.

I had an amazing experience with seacoast uniforms. I ordered about 1200 shirts and within 3 weeks my order was ready for pickup. Paula helped me with my order she was so sweet and very professional she answered every question I had. I’m now working on placing another large order because I was SO satisfied with the last, moving forward I will only use seacoast uniforms!
