I love very close to this location. I'm so glad that your entire staff is friendly and courteous. The store is very clean and they keep the coffee stocked. One day they were out of French Vanilla and Anthony came running. A special shout out to Anthony and Carol. They're always working so hard and have great customers service attitudes.

The cashier has that sensitive and attitude then shouldn’t work as cashier then.. don’t need to mention older age or younger age and respect. and as he wishes, I will NEVER step in that location and any locations he works at!!

7-Eleven as you would expect but very clean and the employees were overly nice which is appreciated. All their slushie machines were in working order which is sometimes a rare sight for 7-Eleven in general. They had a pump bottle with honey vanilla lavender at the coffee station; I put it in my hot tea and it was fabulous.

This fag ! Teach him some communication skills train him please when a customer ask is there gas or not first thing he says I don’t know can you ask him if there’s 87 gas I don’t know how do you work at a gas station and you can’t even tell if there’s gas or not what kind of training did you get to get that job. he claims I was disrespectful to him.so he tells me to leave the store. When I go try to pay with my card at the pump like I originally was supposed to do but I went to go ask if there was gas he put them all out of service. And tells me if I don’t leave, he’s calling the police He needs to put himself out of service.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. seems every time I go to this location anymore, somebody tries to charge my card for hundreds afterwards. AVOID.

Basically should’ve got cash back. But the woman never gave me my cash and claimed it was too late. Some other dude helped me but still I was charged and lost 5 dollars from it. Never doing it again. Respect for the dude tho thank you

I buy between 1& 2 Cartons of Pall Mall Blue 100's EVERY week for me & my roommate. Just a few minutes ago ( @10:30am) I went to p/u somkes, I wanted 6 pks as she checked the drawer below I asked her to check the cartons in brown & white ( as they are .50/off per pack) I saw around 4 if not 5 cartons in brn/white. I asked her to check that ctn which was already torn open. Then told me that they were green aka menthol. When I asked her to check the other cartons she grabbed a BLUE carton & said THIS IS THE ONLY WAY THESE COME. ~WRONG Answer as I just bought around a carton last week that came out of the Brown & White box/Carton. She made it clear that she would NOT Check the other 4 or 5 cartons ~ So, with her attitude I Left ! Outside even the guy behind me said that she was WRONG & should of checked. Regular Blue Also comes in those, Not just Menthol ! Worst Experience Ever since I've been going there (Years)

About The African American guy on the counter with hat and with the shirt printing " fresh coffee 24/7. If not, it is free". He doesn't have customer service skill and he is very rude and very mean. I wonder why 7/11 will hire a person as such to represent the stores reputation? If 7/11 doesn't care , that will be totally hopeless to it's business !

I went to the store here on my way to work and the worker at the register gave me a bad attitude when i contested the price of something they overcharged me on. You see this store is really messy and they have a habit of plugging shelves with random items just to keep the shelf looking full. This is bad because it is misleading to the customer in the true price of the merchandise and leads to giving the customer bad service. This cashier further escalated the situation by refusing to see the problem and fix the mistake. I worked in as a retail manager at a much bigger store then a 7-11 convenience store and this was a huge no no. Every retail store i worked at from Walmart to Target this practice was against policy. On top of the shelves not being stocked properly and disgustingly rude customer service I've came to this store plenty of times to buy milk and the milk was noticeably bad on the shelf. This was not with just one bottle but a whole case of bottles. With their other bad stocking practices I believe this store doesn't rotate their consumable goods like they are supposed too. If i could give a lower score on justv that visit I would. 7-11s are generally my favorite convenience stores but the service at this one is generally much lower then the rest of the 7-11 in the area. They don't treat their customers like people and just treat them like like a product on an assembly lines. To the manager reading this don't bother contacting me unless you truly intend to fix your stores problem. Im tired of getting insincere apologies from businesses when they do nothing to change.

I live around the corner. I frequent this place once every 3 or 4 months. Every time the same thing. Staff is AWFUL. This place needs to close and start over.
