I called this 24/7 urgent dental care and they told Me they don't except insurance after 6pm and that I need to pay cash out of pocket $150 before I come in to be diagnosed. They said I would need to pay for the full care out of pocket once they diagnosed the issue. Told them I have high quality insurance for dental care. They Said that does not matter after 6 pm at this office. This can not be ethical. I told them I am having an emergency in my jaw. Do not call this place it false advertising on website. They lie in advertising how can they be trusted for care.

Open on Sundays! I developed terrible tooth pain on a weekend. I googled emergency dentists and 99% of those places didn't answer their phones or have anyone available until Monday. This clinic got me in within an hour on Sunday afternoon and Dr. Johns quickly diagnosed an abscess in an old root canal. He acted conservatively and removed my crown for immediate relief, started me on medication, then referred me to an endodontist for a revisional root canal. I am so grateful that he was available and helped relive my pain!

This orthodontist office is by far the best one I’ve ever experienced! From the time I walked through the door, the Office manager, Kyky was extremely polight, helpful, and on top of her game. Kyky, along with another dental assistant handled all paperwork (pertaining to my procedure) in a timely manner while also catering to other patients and office needs! There aren’t enough words to detail how exceptional Dr. Roy’s skills are as a dental hygienist! Dr. Roy was very kind, patient, gentle, and confident as she successfully completed two procedures on my mouth. In my opinion, Dr. Roy is unsurpassable and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor/dentist to provide the quality that she was able to provide for me. Overall, these ladies worked very well together, are very professional, and surely knowledgeable in their profession. Currently, I am still lost for words & honestly shocked that my trip to the dentist went so well for once in my life! I am now a permanent patient, who will definitely be returning to this 24/7 urgent dental care location for all of my Dental needs! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Highly recommend! The staff is very patient and caring. They do everything they can to make you comfortable. Quick service. I was terrified when I went and they did everything they could to make me comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this place to any of my friends or family! Thank you guys so much!Welll..... I unfortunately have to change my five star rating to a one star rating. The first appointment everybody was very nice, the doctor convinced me to get a root canal and a crown instead of just getting my tooth pulled. But I am now five appointments deep and my tooth issue is still not resolved. I am honestly terrified to keep going back. It has been so emotionally draining and traumatizing. Might want to think about trying a different dentist. I would like to go somewhere else but I am now out of funds.

Very friendly staff! Had to take my girlfriend in on a Sunday morning due to her being up all night crying of tooth pain. The doctor was very polite and honest with his opinions on what to do and took out the procedure professionally. She was very uncomfortable with pain and he waited to make sure she got the right amount of nova cane before starting the procedure. Highly recommend seeing them for any emergency dental needs.

I woke up in excruciating pain and went to this dentist office. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for emergency dental care. The staff was very friendly. The doctor did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable because I was terrified and so did his staff! All-around excellent experience and would definitely recommend to friends or family. Thank you guys so much for your help and patience and kindness!
