“I went to a different vet clinic a week prior for my puppy’s first visit. I did not like the vibe and service at all in that clinic so I did my research and found Coral Reef clinic. The service at Coral Reef clinic was amazing. Considering the physical, fecal exam and heartworm oral shot were complimentary, they gave us a great service all in all. My puppy loved the workers and was calm with them. The veterinarian recommended us the best food products (which we were already giving our puppy) and was very helpful to questions we had. Him and his assistants did not shove products and unnecessary shots and pills to us like other vets do. They’re very caring and not all about money.”

“PHENOMENAL vet care! Dr. November is FANTASTIC. My sister's dog was injured on a Saturday morning within an hour of them closing and they waited for us to get there from our home on the Northside in order to help us. They are so thorough and upfront about costs. One of the dogs had to have several procedures with having masses removed and also dental extractions and they quoted us for everything and after the procedure, they were upfront about not having to do some of the extractions because it wasnt necessary. The difference ended being significant, almost $700 in savings. I know my old vet never would have been upfront like that with us. Will always recommend them!”
“We are so grateful for the services that we received for our kitten after he accidentally ingested a hazardous chemical. The staff was patient and kind, and even checked on us (on a Sunday) after we checked out to make sure he was doing okay. If your fur family members are in need of urgent care, this is the place to go at the beaches.”

“The exotic bird hospital is amazing! Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! I brought a sweet canary with a crooked beak (from my work) and the vet did a wonderful job shaping it up! Also, their prices are fairly reasonable for an exotic vet. They also sell bird toys, perches and food for really good prices! I was able to purchase this cage through making a donation, and adopt the canary (and his buddy) from my work! Thanks again Exotic Bird Hospital”

Between herbs and consistent acupuncture treatments and tweaks in food they've both done much better in the last two years we've had them. The staff has always been so nice and tried their best to work around our schedules to see our dogs. Going to miss this office!”

“Today I brought our cat in for her annual checkup and shots/license. Tigger is an American Bob Tail who was a feral cat rescued as a kitten by our son and granddaughter. He has been with us for about 4 years. He is doing great and the care of this office is very important to his health. Dr. Gennetteis great with him has always been great weather it is checkups or emergency visits. Also today her two techs, Kendall and Ari were very patient and compassionate towards Tigger. This service is the norm demonstrated at this clinic. Amber and the others at the front desk are outstanding and second to no other receptionist groups around. As a retired Marine Corps Officer I both appreciate and can identify competence and professionalism which are both evident in this clinic. “We absolutely love VCA as our primary vet. Everyone is very friendly and take great care of our dog (who is a frequent flyer because he has no sense of self-preservation.) Dr. Darnell has always gone above and beyond, explaining the science in a way we understand - even drawing a graph of Parvo immunity when discussing immunization efficacy! She has also texted us multiple times to follow-up after a visit.We had one issue where our puppy needed to go to an emergency vet after a seizure, and as soon as Dr. Darnell found out from the emergency vet requesting medical records, she reached out to us to make sure everything was okay and asking if there was anything they could do. They've been an invaluable part of our puppy's life and we would recommend them to anyone!”
