“CarMax did a great job with completing the purchase including arranging financing and we drove off with a new tag. The sales person, Kimberly was courteous and knowledgible. We have purchased cars at other dealerships which took hours to complete, but it seemed like CarMax made the process much quicker.
They processed our new vehicle as we completed the paperwork and the sales order and when we walked out to the breezeway to get into our new car, they had a bow placed on it just to add to our buying experience - a very nice touch!
We did have an issue with the car after we took it home, we found that it was missing a rear wiper blade. We contacted our salesperson and she worked it out with us to purchase wiper blades and reimbursed us for the purchase. I have no problem with buying a car from CarMax in the future. They make it easy.”
