“If you have access, this place has it all. It's like Lowe's, Best Buy, ABC, and Penny's had a genetically modified baby. What you get for the price here makes me want to rent a Uhaul and max out my Visa. Be prepared to wait in line for check out, though. People spend half a day here looking for all the deals.”

“Went to BJ's for fuel! Gas / fuel was under $3.70 a gallon back then and this was just 2 weeks ago but you know this new administration raises the gas prices, they gouge prices:::: whenever there's a holiday they raise fuel prices and when there's no holiday they lower prices and they raise it 20 cents overnight but they only lower it 2 cents at a time.”

“Jacksonville's best shopping and dining destination. It is an enormous complex featuring an impressive, large selection of stores, ranging from major department stores and high-end luxury boutiques to popular national retailers. If you're looking for variety, this is the place to find it.
The shopping options are truly great, providing something for every taste and budget. Beyond retail, the Town Center boasts an equally great selection of fantastic restaurants, including both upscale dining establishments and casual eateries. It is an ideal spot for a full day out, easily transitioning from shopping to dinner or a casual date night.
The center provides a large amount of parking, which is a necessity given the size and popularity of the destination. However, the one consistent drawback is the sprawl of the complex. Due to the size of the parking lots, you often have to walk a significant distance from your car to the specific store you are visiting, especially during peak hours. Be prepared to walk a lot, but the sheer variety of stores and high-quality dining options make the trek worthwhile.”

“They carry great product such as Mayport shrimp, Vigo u-select yellow rice, Honey Nut Cheerios, free range brown eggs, vanilla non-sweetened Almond Breeze milk and Dole berry smoothie mix, oat milk Bryers vanilla ice cream, cut melon and fruit with coconut vanilla yogurt, deli tortilla chips and spicy pico, Rao’s sensitive and DeCecco spaghetti, organic green olives, and French Brie cheese with fresh toasts. On occasion, I purchase a glazed donut. I always hope for a better customer service experience.
They carry the really nice TimberWick candle. The ember glow scent is good and there are also other pleasant scents. They make a great gift. The candle goes on buy one get one. The all glass Village Candle is beautiful, especially the fresh cut peony. ? ? ?”

We enjoyed a tasty sushi roll from Fancy Sushi (see separate Review), a Purple Yam Boba tea from Chao, and an amazing mini sub and the BEST iced tea I've ever sampled from Firehouse Subs. What a Smorgasbord of Deiciousness. ? Mmm-hmm!! Highly recommend for those who love variety. There's a bit of something for everyone.”

“An array of mostly local shops anchored by a Walmart neighborhood store which is essentially the grocery and pharmacy parts of that business. Selection is extremely limited for anything else.
The Italian restaurant here is highly regarded by most locals. However, to Italians report that it is pretty good but quite overpriced. Cleaners are good and reliable.”
“I have traditionally not going to the store very much because I had one just across the street from my house. That one has since been closed and demolished for renovation. The few times that I have gone to Reedy Branch Publix they have always been outstanding. You can always find somebody to assist you. They always can speak English regardless of what the ethnicity is, and the store is clean, tidy, bright and cheerful. Not crowded at all. If you're disabled and need a cart there's always one available for you. In the parking lot is not so crowded that you can't find a place to park. The clerks don't look through you so that they don't have to help you, they look at you and ask if they can assist you. That's a major Plus. So I will be going to reedy branch as my new Publix store.”
“Chicken Tortilla soup is fabulous. Perfect meal if it's not over 90 outside. Still it cools, plentiful with vegetables and shredded chicken + rice. Even has fresh Avocado!!! So tasty and filling! US MEX Taco is my go too. My Wife favorite is Keto shrimp Taco, out of this world!
Nice place for family and friends gatherings or just solo at the bar. Drinks are on point!

“The best Marshall's I've been to in the surrounding areas. It's very clean and well organized. They have a huge assortment of makeup, perfume, shoes and clothing. The clearance sections are always fun. I think they're perfect for Holiday or gift shopping. You can always find something there at a reasonable price.”

“Tradewinds has two essential government offices (Clerk of Court and Tax Collector) located in this shopping center, along with a variety of shops and Wipeouts, a local restaurant and bar.
Motor vehicle registration and drivers license renewals, services, etc. are at the tax collectors office. The Clerk of Courts office provides for filing most county court documents and paying traffic fines. Both of the government offices have waiting systems that will give you updates on your place in the queue and tell you when it's your turn through mobile messages.
There's often enough time to have Wipeouts' awesome wings and a beer while you wait!
Easy access from and to Atlantic Blvd eastbound, though no easy and safe ingress or egress to Atlantic Blvd (State Road 10) westbound is available. When entering from westbound Atlantic Blvd, pass the shopping center and use the traffic signals at Mayport Road under the overpass to execute a safe U-turn. When leaving, to safely return to Atlantic Blvd westbound, turn right to the east, and proceed a few blocks to the traffic signal where a dedicated turn lane allows for a safe U-turn.”
