We love this place at EnvyDogsJax!!! It's very cool. Several of our daycare dogs go there so, we just had to stop by and OMG!!!!! They have the Best retail EVER!!!! I took my little pupper Cookie Dough in there and it's sooooo cool!!!! #RetailGoals, haha?

Mya was so fantastic with my senior dog, who really doesn't like to be groomed, and thus she had some mats. When I first arrived, she came out to discuss what I wanted and was very attentive and informative, but ultimately I told her she could use her professional judgement and do what was best. I know it wasn't an easy groom for Mya, but Barklie looks great and, more importantly, she's acting like she FEELS great. I appreciate that they give you a "heads up" when the dog is about done so they never have to be in a cage.Beyond the grooming, I LOVE that Salty Paws is locally and woman-owned, and I never have to wonder if something they carry is healthy for my dogs. They do all the research and make it easy for me. LOVE LOVE LOVE Salty Paws and feel thankful they are in our community.

I am so disappointed in this place. My doodle got completely shaved without even calling me first to see if it was ok!! She doesn’t even have enough hair to brush now and she has not been herself since returning home ?

I love this shop, everything they offer is high quality. And I only get good stuff for my pets. Staff is helpful when I have questions but once a guy on the register refused to type my name in the system (I gave him my ID with the name spelled out) that was pretty weird, it’s just letters. Nobody is expecting you to read the foreign names correctly and out loud, but you don’t have to be that disrespectful.

Emma did a wonderful job with our English Cream Golden, Gracie. I am always a bit nervous when taking my fur baby to a new place. SaltyDogs staff made us right at home and did a wonderful job. Gracie looks great and was not stressed out when I picked her up. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

I own two Maltese, and was currently taking them elsewhere for 2 1/2yrs until a friend told me about Salty Paws. I have never gotten the cut that I ever wanted with my pup. It was just very frustrating, especially picking my puppy up, shaking every time, or when I pull into the parking lot, he jumps to my floorboard because he does not want to go in there… I always felt terrible dropping them off until… Candace groomed both my dogs and I can’t express how happy I am with how they came out & how happy they were when I picked them up! Even with one of them having a butchered cut she somehow made it look 1000 times better my other puppy who I was told was very stressed seem to be the most happy I’ve ever seen her. I will be recommending to everybody and hope everybody has the most amazing experience that I did. Thank you Salty Paws & Candace, you made this momma so happy!!!!

Really love this business. The owner has been super helpful and knowledgeable regarding my new puppy (English cocker spaniel) and the best foods to feed her. She doesn't try to shove dog food in your face or insist on you buying unnecessary items. I will be buying my dogs food while in Jacksonville from this company based solely on their integrity and customer service... oh and their prices are super competitive

Angela did the Best grooming on BriscoeStaff is very friendly they do not put dogs in cages and Briscoe and Mom were very happy!!! Thank you we will be back new to Jax Beach
