“These guys actually know what they're doing. Had a PC go dead out of (seemingly) nowhere. Narrowed it down myself to either the power supply or the motherboard itself -- but I suck at wiring! Took it somewhere else first and they wanted $250 just to look at the PC... Called up the pros here at GTI and they quoted me one fresh $100 bill and even walked the troubleshooting with me! In the end they only charged me $50 since we came to a different solution altogether. Professional, modest and not afraid to show passion for the trade; GTI has all the qualities of a top tier company and I can't recommend going anywhere else.”
“I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to acknowledge this business and how the customer service has always been amazing. I had an issue with my loan and being late I almost lost my laptop. Kelly and Betty both helped me get my loan up to date so I didn’t lose my laptop. They both were so kind and helpful. I just wanted to say Thank You for great customer service. You are awesome.

“Honest and great working people. I had issues with 2 car amps and the diagnosed both in a timely manner and kept me in the loop about what the issues were . 1 of the amps I took to a car audio shop and they told me it was bad but the electronic service squad found it to be in working order with no issues. Turned out it was my bass knob and had nothing to do with my amp.they were very honest and very helpful. I will definitely be taking all my electronics to these guys in the future and will be recommending them to everyone I know. They took time to hook my amp up and show me that it was in working condition even though they were busy. So if you have anything that needs repairs trust e.s.s to take care of it and not rip you off...very price friendly and very knowledgeable.”

“I usually go to the Monument location but since the Manager was not there I decided to go to the Beach location to get the help I needed with my current phone and possibly get a new one. I was greeted by Lizbeth and Rosalba and while explaining my phone issues Vanessa the area Manager came out to assist me.Customer service A+, Problem solving A+. I like the fact that I was there for a while and never felt like a number and all 3 were very attentive to my needs and concerns. This is a cricket that I would come back to because I know that they will get my concerns resolved and I will be treated like a customer and not a number. Thank you so much and am.enjoying my phone !”
“My phone was beyond repair—my internal system as well as my external screen (front and back) were broken. I originally went to another T-Mobile store, and they pawned me off to a website, answered my questions with “I don’t know,” and had no intention of helping me. After coming to this location, I was greeted by Micheal and Anika who were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the process. They explained the different steps I could take as well as all my options for trade ins and any other questions I had! They helped me understand the process and informed me on my best deals! All in all, it was an amazing experience! Special shout out to Micheal for being awesome!”

“I went in for a simple warranty exchange. I was greeted by Shane and quickly assisted. Shane helped me with all my questions and needs. Not only that, Shane also discussed upcoming games and PC gaming with me. It was a genuine conversation and made me feel valued as a customer. I didn't feel like just another transaction in Shane's day. Employees like Shane are the reason I continue to take my business to Gamestop and I really hope Shane gets recognition. “This is my favorite CVS, if such a thing exists! I’m a semi-retired extreme couponer who used to frequent a lot of the CVS locations around town. This location was always the nicest to me. Couponing is all about strategy and can take some time, especially if the items you needed for your transactions are no longer available. I can’t tell you how many times I got asked by other patrons if I worked at CVS (this happened at any location) cause I looked so official with my binder, notebook and overflowing buggie, despite my casual appearance. I would drive past the Jax Beach location to come to the one in Neptune! Whenever I tried another CVS, I was reminded why I should have stayed at home in Neptune. Brian always made me feel welcome here and his enthusiasm at watching my total go down was always a delight! Thank you Neptune Beach CVS for always making my shopping hauls a good experience.”
“You need to find a way to disable Drive up as an option for the day if you will not be offering the service!!!!! I would have made other arrangements instead of coming in the car with two sleeping toddlers and no stroller expecting drive up to be available since the app allowed me to check in as usual while driving in. Other than that we love Target!”

Save yourself the hassle and just buy the new one. The associates at this store were very kind and helpful. They were able to replace the laptop at the sale price. Jay was very helpful and kind.”

“When my phone started acting up (missing calls and texts), my mom and I went to Verizon to see what they could do for us. Since we had older phones (Galaxy S10), we decided to upgrade to new ones. Verizon Specialist Don welcomed us in and showed us the available deals and options for upgrading. He was very thorough in helping us choose the best plans for us and providing all of the options for upgrading. We ended up choosing the Galaxy S24 due to the current promotion, which saved us the most money in the long run. The bundle we added on included multiple streaming services, which saved us money compared to what we had been paying for each one individually, helping us pay for the new phones.
