I had some time to kill between appointments and decided to stop in to find some deals. I did not grab a basket because I thought it would be a quick in and out - potentially empty handed. Right away, found a few things and decided to keep browsing with hands full. (Garden gloves, Dawn dish detergent, Harvest Snaps, Chiclets to gift my staff, fun band aids and more!) Every aisle I browsed had a very pleasant employee that greeted me and asked if they could help me (while they were busy stocking shelves). Fast forward, aisles browsed and hands now full - my phone rings and wanted to take the call so I set my items down to take the call. I take the call and chat continuing to browse and when I hang up I go to collect my pile - it is gone INCLUDING MY WALLET. (Yes, that was stupid!) Heart racing, I try to remember - did I not just set my items here?! Scanned the aisles. Nothing. Go to the cashier and frantically ask her and she very kindly said. Yes ma’am - your items are here and your wallet is in the office. She then says, we take care of our customers. Well, you ABSOLUTELY DID. Thank you SO VERY MUCH. I let my guard down and would never set my wallet down like that and am so very grateful. THANK YOU.

They should have a zero star for reviews because the Dollar Tree in Atlantic Blvd deserves Zero star.I don't usually go to dollar tree but I when I go to any dollar tree I always have a very great experience until I went on a new years eve in Atlantic blvd and everything changed. New Years eve was on a Sunday and I was not sure what time they open, I went there and saw the sign on their door that on Sunday's they open at 10am and I looked at my watch and it was 9 ish. So, I went back to my car and called the store to ask if they are open, a very rude employee answered and she said that she's just answering the phone for fun and I was caught off guard and asked her if she was being sarcastic and she said yes and kept laughing, i hang up and went to the store and just try to shake the conversation off. As I was on the store, I heard this lady (employee) telling about her phone conversation and she was actually making fun of our conversation. Usually I will not say anything but I had enough of this lady, I went up to her and I told her that it was me on the phone and I told her that it is very rude and unprofessional of her to answer the phone like that and to actually caught her on the spot making fun of the customer.I understand that we are talking about Dollar Tree, that I should not expect any more than a basic customer service. as like what I said I had a good experience whenever I go to dollar tree until this happen. It was very rude of that employee to even answer that to the customer. I understand that you hate your job but you do not have to be nasty to customers who are just asking a valid question. and sadly I think she is the manager there. I did try to contact the corporate and emailed them in regards to my experience and of course nothing happened. this is just a sad reality that people can be very nasty and unkind but I will stand up for I know what is right.

Service was AMAZING! I placed a large balloon order 3 weeks in advance and called to confirm about a week prior. Not only did they confirm the order but without placing me on hold knew exactly what I was calling about. Upon pickup they had them organized and bundled by color and even helped me load them into my car. So friendly & helpful. This store is always clean and organized with the best service hands down.

The Dollar Tree in Atlantic Beach was the cleanest and most organized store I've seen in the area. I was greeted when I walked in. I purchased a few greeting cards and small bags for a giveaway next weekend. They had tons of Halloween and fall items in stock. I bought a few fall stems for my dining room table. I also purchased several small and medium birthday bags plus crinkle bag filler to keep presents in place. And a few birthday sashes for an upcoming event. This is my go-to spot for these items as no one can beat Dollar Tree prices. I spent $30, and now I will not need to buy birthday items for months. That's a win for me!

In this Dollar tree I had a very bad experience, there is an employee who is at the cash register who is dishonest. I bought $7 worth, paid him $20, and he gave me $3 back. I realized the error in my car. I went to Acer to file the claim and they simply denied that I had paid them $20. The same thief tells me that I sent it paid for with a $10 dollar bill. . They just robbed me of $13 dollars.

Really rude employee. She threw my bag and receipt at me and then threw the next customers bag at me when I was still putting my change away even though she was the slowest cashier I have ever seen

This the best dollar tree.Items are put on shelves in neat and orderly fashion making easy to find what you want and even what you dint really need.Place is always clean.Employees are clean an present themselves well. Very courteous and friendly.I go out of my way to go to this store. Ty
