5/21/23 at 9:49am Sunday morning I walked into the store cuz I was in a rush to catch my bus I bought the beer then realized I had to restroom real quick the Caucasian started yelling at said hey hey and then walked over to me and I'll take this from you. I said why she I was going to drink it and the restroom and said no why would I do that for ? Then Yanks the drink for my hand for some reason and yelled at that's it's the law!!! Like crazy lady and I had say ok you crazy and then walked out the store to catch my only found out missed because I talking to her. She to talked to or fired because I feel this racially motivated I lived at jax beach for 4 years+ and never just kind of prejudice and of course it comes from a circle k. I'm have not problems anyone out here till now. Highly recommend not coming if you a minority. I have also contacted corporate about this issue because this has station is the worst on the beach.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I stopped here on my way home from work and none of the pumps worked so I had to rush to another gas station. They still ended up charging me FOUR different $10 charges even though I never got gas there because their pumps weren't even functional.One of the last times I actually got gas there I also got additional fraud charges and had to get a whole new card. I'm so done going to this place, the location is convenient for where I work, but it is so NOT WORTH IT to even try to go here unless you want to be out $40 on payday bc their pumps don't work and they still want to send you pending transactions that you never authorized.Nothing but bad experiences here, which is weird because the other locations have been perfectly fine and were my preferred chain to stop at.

Needs to shut down or whole new employees worse gas station I've ever been. And if you're gonna do a shift change at 1030 at night leave a sign instead of people guessing of you're closed even though you're open 24 hours. This place sucks and needs to get shut down

Employees are rude ,its mainly the AM ladies im talking about. I dont want to come here because of them. Its 2 older ladies and they are always miserable. I feel bad for the other staff stuck working with them.

While returning from a wonderful trip out to the beach with my girlfriend and our daughters, I realized I needed to use the restroom. I specifically stopped at the nearest Circle K (this location) as I needed to get some ZYN as well because of the great program involved with it. I figured 2 birds and one stone. Well I approached the restroom and there was a female employee sweeping it. She took notice of me and I patiently waited to let her finish sweeping. It wasn't until she finished that she told me it would take about 10 minutes to be able to use the restroom. She told me she still needed to mop it. I asked if I could just go number 1 really quick before she started mopping. I had already waited and figured this wasn't an unreasonable request. She scoffed and told me this was the only time she would be able to get the mopping in. It was rude and inconsiderate. I couldn't believe that a "convenience" store was being completely the opposite. I walked away because there was no way I was getting through the "stonewall" of a persona that she was emitting. I approached the counter and informed a very polite associate named Topanga (or something close to that) about my experience and asked for the ZYN I wanted to purchase. She apologized and though sincere, you could tell she wasn't the one in charge. When I returned to my vehicle, I shared my experience with my girlfriend and told her never in my life have I experienced something like that. It was ridiculous. After thinking more about this, the fact that during this COVID pandemic, this employee sweeping was unmasked and made it seem like this place was only getting cleaned once per day. There is a reason that Racetrac, Gate and Wawa are always spoken of with a higher regard than Circle K. This experience only cemented that notion for me. I don't know if I will ever shop in one of these un-"conveinent" stores again. I wish I would have gotten the employee name of the woman sweeping, but this was around 2pm 12-17-2020. 3 people working a guy, the younger lady at the counter and the woman sweeping. Process of elimination. This level of service shouldn't be tolerated. While I never want someone to lose there job, I also realize some people aren't people people. Thank you for allowing me to vent my frustrations at the lack of curiosity I received at this location. Hopefully someone cares enough to at the very least address it.

The lady really just denied me from buying a simple Lighter over the counter because I did not have my ID. The same lady that sold me a lighter just a couple weeks when I visted this store. Im WELL over the age of 18 yet there not any age restrictions on buying a lighter. Like a freaking lighter come on now!! Not to mention not one employee is wearing a mask nor are they enforcing walkin customers to wear a mask upon entry yet they have signs plastered on the door that says cover your face upon entry. Highly dissatisfied. If could give a 0 star I would. Smh
