I was visiting and I'm thankful that I got in a nice workout. Gym equipment was good. Showers were dirty and shower curtains were moldy.

LA Fitness is an anchor tenant, surrounded by great places to eat and drink, starting with Culhane's Irish Pub & Restaurant and followed by a Sierra Grille and a Panera Bread.There is also a UPS Store and Greenberg Dental, a couple of hair salons. A Wells Fargo Bank and a Baptist Primary Care are located in out-buildings in the shopping center, along with a car wash along Atlantic Blvd.

It's always nice to go to Pet Supplies Plus. The people are always so friendly and helpful. I greatly appreciate the coupons I get in the mail, too.

I joined for the pool, as I have a gym available in my building. It didn't work out well for me. I wanted to swim laps, which is definitely harder if you have to share lanes. I tried to show up at times that might be less busy, but wasn't successful. There is a strong chlorine smell which irritated my eyes. Even after showering, I could still smell the chlorine. I was also a bit uncomfortable by the lack of privacy in the changing area, but maybe that is just me. Anyway, the good news is that I spoke to the manager after 10 days, and was able to cancel my membership. I do appreciate the caring customer service.

I visited FabULash Artistry inside Sola Salon. Jenny does permanent makeup and has a Lash and Brow Bar. There are a wide range of shops and services in this shopping center, that is across the street from Winn Dixie and Publix on Atlantic Boulevard, in Atlantic Beach, Florida.

Another home away from home. I was reconnecting with one specific staff member and was directed to the Kernan location after verifying the individual was there that day.
