This has been really disappointing rented twice over the last couple of years, first time water damage no insurance has to move my stuff. Second time water damage and was broke in, with insurance and witless pay me a dime all my leather was molded. They said it's the owners fault improper maintenance on property, which it was missing rain gutter. Had to replace door hinges and then I found out they are considering turning into parking lot already took hinges of empty units. Insurance is not worth anything except hurricane okThank you
