This place is ok, considering that corporate office is not willing to do anything more than pay the employee a total of 12 hours per week for the running of the business. And these 12 hours fall on Monday Wednesday and Friday from 10 -2... Only... So if you need anything or any help any other time you're just basically screwed and God forbid you can't pay your bill during those 12 hours, otherwise here come the late fees... The guy that's does work there, Richard, is an amazing guy considering what he goes through, and they should be very thankful to have him. He's excellent at his job, excellent customer service, five star kinda guy..
update, my storage unit was emptied and sold, less than a month after signing new lease agreement for another 12 months...at the time, I Was paid up to date.
