I had a great experience here! From the moment I contacted them about replacing the Cue system screen on my Cadillac SRX, I received prompt and helpful responses. Scheduling was easy, and they provided an accurate wait time for my appointment. I appreciated the appointment reminders I received via phone and email, which were helpful without being excessive.
When I arrived, they were ready for me, and the waiting room and shop were both clean. They are a husband and wife team and so friendly. The area around the shop isn’t too populated, but I felt perfectly safe the entire time.
The mechanic brought the part out to show me exactly what was wrong, and he replaced it right in front of me. The whole process only took about 40 minutes! Plus, the repair came with a warranty, which they provided as well.
I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and friendly service.

He does great work, he did a great job with my 43-year-old Mercedes, does excellent work, very reasonable rates, highly recommend! And showed up on Sunday morning when they're in the middle of moving to a new house to fix something in my instrument cluster for me. The nicest people knowledgeable conscientious and careful.

Could not be more thankful for Kracken Automative! This past week I was visiting family in the area and had an issue with my car. They were able to get me in for an appointment and help fix the issue before I had to leave for the drive back home. Thank you again!

This is the best place to get repairs, my air conditioning in my car was going out, they repaired it in record time, they were so kind to deliver my car to my home, I was going to walk to pick it up. They are awesome

This is the most honest and fair car mechanic I've ever worked with in my 50 years of driving. I brought my truck in to have them work on it because I thought it was out of warranty, and they called the dealership and gave my VIN number and found out that it still was under warranty. And when I asked him how much he was going to charge me, he refused any money. And to top it off, they offered to drive the car back to the house on their way home. It's so nice to find an honest, independent businessman like this. He'll definitely be getting all of our auto servicing and repair work in the future. Highly recommended!

I can not say enough!!! They are absolutely life savers! I was traveling back home to north Kentucky from south Florida alone with my 3 kids for spring break, pulled into service plaza and went to leave. Nothing! Not starting. 830 at night! They came out diagnosed and had me follow to repair shop with a quick in and fix! I am so thankful to be able to make it home!! Thank you!!

I have never had to deal with a warranty situation before, the team there was fantastic. They knew exactly what to look for when I gave my issues, called my warranty company and within a few hours I was out the door paying way less than I expected this entire week.
It was a stressful couple days for me and they were able to handle it with ease. I will definitely be back in the future.
The are honest, fair and extremely friendly.

Scott and his wife are absolutely wonderful. Scott did a quick troubleshoot on my issue and quickly figured out I need a new radiator. He gave me great advice on doing it myself to save some big money. His wife is also sending me some schematics to help. I can't explain how much I appreciate their honesty. This is where I’ll be taking my car for all of my service needs from now on. 110% ethical, honest and top of the line car service. I learned things about my car I would have never known and have certainly never been informed about by the dealership or other auto service providers. I won’t hesitate to send all my friends and family here and trust that they are in the best hands with their vehicle needs.
