As a new patient, Dr. Bennett and Tye(vet tech), took the time it needed to review all 3 of my animal's records. Very gentle and compassionate team. My animal's were calm and relaxed, the entire visit.
Old school feel, while Dr. Bennett looked over and treated all 3 animals, right in the room with me.
None of this whisking your animals out with the tech, that does everything, and then the Veterinarian comes in for 5 minutes.
This Vet Clinic is exactly what I was looking for, and I feel blessed to have found them.

I am crazy about my pets, so finding a new vet clinic when I first moved to Gainesville was very stressful. Thankfully, I was fortunate to have found this clinic.
Dr. Claire Stevens has been fantastic. She was informative, honest, and always fun to talk to. When she felt uncomfortable to treat something, she always referred me to a specialist immediately, so my pets could get treatment ASAP. She answers all of my questions, and has been quick to respond. She was also upfront about all costs. I moved from CA, so the prices at WEAH were cheaper (than CA prices) for which I am very thankful (haha). I have always received excellent care from her and the hospital team for my 5 furbabies. If you are new to the area, I strongly recommend her.
Now that I have moved across the country, I am again anxious to establish a connection to a new vet clinic, but I hope my new vet team will be just as amazing as WEAH.”

“Overall a great hospital. Definitely on the higher end of vet cost spectrum but it's forsure justified with their care and hospital. They're AAHA certified, have a super cute hospital, all the front desk staff and technicians are super nice, the doctors are great as well! Plus I feel their appointment availability is great. “Took my dog in for a possible CCL injury. After the examination, they were able to do the surgery the same day. IVS was great! The surgery was successful, and my dog did have a complete tear of his CCL. I can't say enough good things about the staff at IVS. I hope we never need their services again, but if we do, we'll definitely be back.(Update) Having had 7 dogs over the past 20 yrs (and just back in Dec 2022), my dog which had the TPLO done at IVS has made the fastest recovery of all of them. Simply amazing. I strongly recommend Dr Neihaus with IVS.”
“This place was a life saver! My cat was sick and throwing up, and I was tired and stressed after the previous vet visit earlier that day. They were so kind and patient with me both over the phone and in person. They also made sure to let me know what was going on every step of the way. My cat is feeling much better now and so am I. Will 100% be going back there for future emergencies.”

When she first stayed there, I got pictures describing her stay there and for an additional cost you can continue to do this for other stays. “I want to thank the archer location for the visit on labor day !!! It was an emergency and on a holiday i wasnt expecting the wonderful care that my baby received by the vet on duty that day !!!
