Exceptional people all throughout this location. First of as any family with children things happen and they went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of even when faced with our issues they made things happen. To top it off when we tried to leave couldn’t as our keys were locked in the car and they helped us out as much as they could. Very fine people make that location one which makes you want to drive there just to see them. Thank you ALL for your patience, caring , and exceptional customer service.

We made appointment for the passport. The clerk was nice but not patient enough to take good photos of my kids. Strongly recommend taking photos with phone app at home. Later, my husband mentioned about his current passport does not have enough pages, because he travels a lot. Then, the clerk changed the selection of the passport to bigger size for the kids, even though I said the standard size is ok for the kids. I really do not like to carry three thick passport books when we travel. So be firm on what you want.

A pleasure to deal with. Place was packed with regular customers and a few others gettings passports. The gentleman was focused and took care of everyone in a reasonable amount of time with no drama.

Pat is wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable and kind. He is willing to answer all questions, no matter how small or silly. He also takes the time to help pick the best options for sending packages, and gives recommendations to get the most for your money. This office and its customers are very lucky to have him. Plus it doesn't hurt that he is easy on the eyes and has the sweetest voice.

Staff was very polite and very quick. A pleasure to go into this office seem to actually care about your day and your needs. I would rather drive to this post office and go to my local post office in Williston.

I can't say enough about Pat's stellar service and knowledge. He honestly makes going to the post office a positive experience!! He remembered all of the people who came in. He was polite and friendly and funny! He made getting a passport super painless when I came in super stressed and anxious because I had noooo idea what I was doing. He was helpful and I enjoyed chatting with him. I will go out of my way to work with him because he is so awesome!!

I had a overnight package sent to me and I had to leave to go to a appointment and of coarse I needed the package. They were so very kind and brought it right away so I could leave. They went above and beyond for me. Thank you
