I purchased 4 but notified the Crspe Myrtle Co that 1 only had 1/4 of the roots and looked like it wouldn’t make it. They encouraged me at first. I re wrote 3 more times with pics showing it during with no response. So I paid 25% more of an already inflated rate. I should have just bought locally where they were $10 each.

My baby tree had a rought start- I had to move it twice to accommodate a drainage line problem. But it's 3 years old, and beautiful. It bloomed beautifully last year and is full of buds now. I'm so pleased with the tree, I am about to order another one.

I ordered 3 different standard crape myrtles and one mini. What I got was 3 standards (2 of the same type) and 2 minis. They gave me an extra standard that I did not order and one the standard that was suppose to be the fastest growing crap myrtle turned out to be a mini! I waited until the end of the second growing season so to give it a chance to grow but nope, it was a mini! I contacted them and even sent pictures showing the hight of all them by way of a yard stick I was told that the one in question needed water! Waisted 2 growing seasons on this ugly plant! pulled it out and tossed it. I also put a sign up by its last 2 months that it was this companies fastest growing myrtle reaching up to 12 feet in its first year... the neighbors got a chuckle out of it and will remember their name.

Ordered 4 miniature crape myrtles in fall of 2022. Received 1 extra. Planted all as instructed. Was led to believe that if they did not come back in the spring they could be replaced. When only 2 showed in the spring of 2023 I contacted the company because even those to did not continue growth even though I followed instruction on care. I was told to give them another year and they would all come back. Spring of 2024 and none has come up. When I contacted again about replacement I was told they are only guaranteed for 30 days. Don't do business with this company unless you want to throw your money away.

3/4 of my myrtles didn't survive. I stick to buying from fast growing trees and I am 4/4 with them

Great company!! Very helpful with selection, answering questions. Packing was outstanding with each plant watered, base wrapped in plastic, fast delivery.
This company has been in business for many decades. I can understand why!

Ordered dwarf crepe myrtles, arrived fast BUT leaves had black spots and they are SO scrawny. Barely a 2 feet stick with 2 or 3 leaves. Wrote the company to find out if I should even bother planting them....no response. Would not recommend.

I WILL NEVER BUY MYRTLES ANYWHERE ELSE! DON'T HESITATE, JUST EMAIL THEM AND PURCHASE AWAY!! THEY ALSO HAVE THE TRUEST COLORS OF THE ACTUAL BLOOMS. YOU GET SO MANY DIFFERENT ONES ONLINE, HARD TO TELL WHAT IS THE TRUTH UNLESS YOU ALREADY KNOW THAT SPECIFIC TREE.

Absolutely worst gardening supply place. I've used dozens of online gardening suppliers successfully. But after spending $200 for dwarf crepe myrtles from The Crape Myrtle company for 6 plants, not one lived. Planting instructions followed to the letter. Crape Myrtle has ignored all communications including multiple calls and three emails. They absolutely do not support their products and are solely dependent on newcomers finding the website .
