X This place is a little unorganized, which led to a great deal of confusion and some hostility!! Also they have a rodent problem!! Tons of rat droppings all over our things and the unit!! Staff was a little rude as well! ???

Rented a small unit for 12 YEARS..lost my key after all those years and they CLAIMED they broke their drill bit to open my lock. Charged me $25!!!
