I have had good experiences with them getting medications on time and with good prices. Heaven forbide you should ask them to check on a price of a prescription after your new insurance started up. I couldn't believe how rude this person was saying and I quote " I WILL NOT " I honestly didn't think they were supposed to talk to customers this way and it's definitely not the first time.

Pharmacy was supposed to give us 90 count of the meds. When we called they said they made a mistake and gave us 30 and said to return and get it fixed. On the way back we discovered they actually gave us 27. Upon arrival we tried to explain our situation to Cindy. She completely cut me off and walked away. Not the appropriate response…Medication is life and death for some individuals. They need to take the safety of patients seriously. The lack of proper customer’s service was not very reassuring. How many people has this happened to and they run out of meds early and cannot get them refilled.

Today i went to pick up my prescriptions and was in a rush my bad didnt check my prescriptions until i got home.My point is if RX dispacher was more careful as used to be BEFORE meaning a copple months before they didnt dispatch my meds because i doesnt make any sense to them of being prescribe 3 meds for the same condition. They hold my meds until were verified with PCP.Not in this case they dispatch for dispatch here is the example Levemir was prescribe not the pen one im not sure if Levemir has a pen. I dont take Levemir i believe a year ago because an adverse reaction PCP change it to Tresiba pen.Today they dispach Levemir and the pen needles for Tresiba...Leason learned dont go in a rush to pick up ur meds verified your meds before another advise dont use the drive thru if you are in a rush or if you use it make sure to verified your meds before you leave.My mistake of not checking cost me 87.50 for Levemir.Im very disappointed with this situation

Calling to check on prescription for my dog and their phone system is not working correctly. The call went to Sissy in photo instead of pharmacy. Sissy could not transfer the call. She kept me on the phone while checking with the pharmacy to make sure they received the prescription. Thank you Sissy, from Roxie

Cashier somehow managed to lose a $20 bill and then guess who had to come up with another 20 in the process. I went there with 85 to pay for something that was 25 and I only have $40 now....

they take notice to meds you are taking and any new meds ordered and if they will not work with the put it on hold and contact your doctor
