I would like to praise Rachel for her efficiency and caring work that she gave. She made our upgrade very simple. When an issue took place she was working to solve the problem immediately. She will definitely be my go to girl.

Went into Verizon with an issue with My phone. Saw the manager Chris and he was able to fix what the customer care team over the phone couldn't. He also was able to help with our phone bill to get more for less. See Chris if you go here

Went in to switch from my old phone carrier and Chris was fast and able to find good promotions for me. Was having problems with picture messaging to one person and he was able to find the fix and get it squared away. If you go to this Verizon, ask for Chris!
