Our Post Office goes over and above to make sure we are all taken care of downtown on Oak Street. We appreciate all the hard work they do in the hot sun, delivering our packages, always with happy faces on. <3

Even after hours they can provide a lot of help. The service areas closed but you can still check your PO box area. There are information packets, around the lobby. Clean environment, with a spacious lobby. Good old American flag pole outside. Convenient for those on that have a few errands in between mail.

The staff inside of the Arcadia post office are nice and helpful. However, whomever handles the deliveries should be re-trained or fired! First tracking information showed "No Access". (Okay, maybe our complex entrance was flooded due to rain or something?) Then, "No such number" and finally "Moved-left no address". Are you kidding me?? Now the package I've been waiting for is being shipped back. I've tried to call the office MANY times and no one answers the phone. This is ridiculous.

Almost every time I order something it goes wrong on their end. They can't give my package but all the other times they just leave it at the door. Honestly it's becoming a problem that I would rather have fed ex deliver to me.

Horrible customer service from the “manager” “Caleb” never seen him before and I wish to never see him again because if you have a missing package he won’t help you he will get hostile and try to kick you out. This isn’t the first time the delivery carrier has said they delivered my package and DID’NT. We have security cameras for a reason and they did in fact have the package in their mail carrier which is very odd and sometimes they leave my packages in neighbor houses this place is a mess I’ve lived here for years but I never experienced such terrible customer service before. Caleb needs to learn how to treat people with respect. I wonder if it’s because my man is Hispanic and not white then MAYBE he’ll treat you better. He even tried to step up like he wanna fight which is completely unacceptable for someone working for the government.

I definitely do not recommend getting a PO Box here they cannot put packages in the right PO Box. They lose your packages. You don’t get any support when your packages are put in the wrong box. It just seems to me the workers there could care less about your packages and your mail and it’s just horrible of the low quality customer service there.

Our intelligent long time mail carrier retired. The replacements are brain dead, just like the subs were before.
It's stunning how someone who does this job all day can continually put mail in the wrong mailboxes. Someone 2 miles from me often gets my mail. I often get others mail. Surely there is no intelligence test for mail carrier jobs in Arcadia, they must hire friends and family with no requirement to know how to read an address. Our neighbors had to put up another mailbox with a number that doesn't correspond to any other home, and have mail delivered there..because their regular mail and packages were often going to other addresses with their same house number on different streets. Maybe I'll try that trick.

USPS automated phone service was terrible. Would not allow me to speak to an actual person and said it did not understand the number 3. A complete waste of time

My daughter pass away an was a carrier at this office. These people went out of the way an paid for her burial. Told me that this is what family does... made a grown man cry... in this world today there are still people with hearts of gold an I am so honored to be part of this family. Thank you for your blessings. God's love an safety to you all. Thank you always you all are amazing people.

I was expecting a package and was in my driveway. The usps worker drove past my house then get a notification that there was an issue delivering my package. It's basically impossible to call these people. they was too lazy to stop and walk 3 feet to hand me my package
