To whomever helped my elderly mother today, Cameron or Carmen? She has been the absolute best help. Wonderful service and patience. I had to go through the actual store because apple kept running in circles. So thankful to have a local store with such wonderful employees!

Please read this before you move to T-Mobile. The customer services used to be excellent but this is changed. It has been nothing but a very big nightmare. Since day one the lady at the store made a mistake. My bill instead of being $217 I have been paying $440 every month. We were promised that the problem will be fixed three times and they never did. T-Mobile is not put in the effort to resolve my problem. Absolutely horrible customer services. I advise you to watch your bill and make sure they not overcharge you. I don’t know if this is only happening with me or they doing this to everybody. We switched to T-Mobile from Verizon because they give us a better deal for a family plan. However, it looks like we are going back to Verizon if the problem not results. T-Mobile made the mistake and I have been paying for their mistake that they admit it is their mistake.

Staff great. Although working in telecommunications you’d think providing great customer service would be a priority. My 75 year old father went in to get help on his phone. This later turned into my father wanting to switch carriers. To avoid having to bump into the person who made him feel like a bother due to a language barrier. In my personal years in working in telecommunications I’ve never made someone feel as so, I’ve gone to the lengths of using google translate. In Arcadia we have a diverse range of languages. So working in this field you have to be patient and helpful, thankfully there was another employee who was able to translate some of what the other employee expressed. Damage was done my father after 20 years with sprint and no issues, will be changing carriers. Although this isn’t anything out the ordinary, and customers come and go. I feel as if the team should take this unfortunate encounter as a learning opportunity To treat their customers as if they were family. I’ve heard of other people having this same complaint. Manager Mike please take this constructive criticism and apply it to your day to day interactions.

if they had better coverage i would be with T-mobile there calls drop way to much always with no Service everywhere igo is just a bad coverage over all i will recomend verizon if your looking for a better experience.

Amberlo and her team are extremely helpful. We are sprint customers and here in Arcadia for a family emergency and our phone stopped picking up data. With my husband being home on military emergency leave we needed his phone working asap. They fixed it with no charge and no upselling. We will be going back and maybe getting a new phone before we leave. Thank you for the great customer service and love for our military!
