Best price and service on oil/ fuel filter change for Ram 6.7 diesel. I travel often and experience many service centers, I can say without hesitation these guys care about their customers, prompt service when needed and at the best price.

Absolutely horrible customer service!!! Do not give them your car if you plan on not driving for months!!!!!! Due to an Car Accident, I brought in my Dodge 2500 to their shop, because it was the closest for repairs and they've been working on this since January 18th. 5 months now!!!! 5 months they've had my truck! 5 months!!! I've been without vehicle for months. I understand that with insurance claims things sometimes take longer but they aren't doing anything in there than sit around and hang up on people when you call for an update. All I needed was the shop to send my insurance a supplement check for another tire, that has been taking them 4 weeks now? Why does that take so long? I could have had my truck for a month already! Like I said, don't you dare every bring your car there! Lazy pieces of shits!!!

If possible, I would give ZERO stars!!! I went to DeSoto looking to purchase a car and trade in my existing one. After the standard negotiations I was asked to sign and finalize the deal, but didn't because I wanted a repair to first be completed on the car I was purchasing. The manager Rick wasn't happy with the delay but offered to make the repair. The salesman Tony was a great guy and told me the repair would be completed in a few days. The next week I was told that it should be done by Friday and I could pick up the car on Saturday. However, that Friday night I'm told that the car had been sold!!! I was completely blown away, I've been driving for 40+ years and have NEVER experienced such a sleazy move!!!

Make sure you ask ALL the right questions. We recently purchased a used car from this dealership long distance. Because it was fairly new (2019) we did not ask whether the car had two keys available. When the car arrived, there was only one key. They tried to brush it off, but if you've traded a car in recent year, you know that dealers ALWAYS ask how many keys and if you don't have two, they will charge you for the second one. These keys are expensive - this one is nearly $500. We asked for them to either provide another key at their cost, or reimburse us for getting one made. So far, all we've heard is crickets.

I had an oil change and whoever did it broke my washer fluid nozzle. I thought they neglected to top off the fluid but when I opened the hood it was just dangling there. I have not contacted them about the issue as the repair parts were only $20.

Disgusting dealership. You will be treated better at a pay here place. We purchased a Jeep on Sept 10th took the Jeep for a predetermined route and it seemed fine. We started on our way home and 20miles in it started jumping bouncing and pulling us into on coming traffic. When we called the dealership they said they would look at it but we would be charged!!! What are you kidding me 20 miles from the dealership. What a scam... they are doing nothing to make it right... BUYER BEWARE!!! Stay away....

Yesterday, I purchased a used Ford and a great experience. It was the first time for me to buy a car from a dealer and we went in a but anxious. We were in a crunch because we live 16 hours away and we had to get home, but our old minivan wasn't going to get us there. In the course of 2 days, I dealt with service, sales, and finance...each step was great. The process took longer than I hoped, but it got done.It almost makes me want to do my next purchase there, even though it is a 2 day drive!

Great dealership and service department after going to punta Gorda and getting ripped off from their service department I would rather drive 15 miles for better service. This is the only dealer I haven't had a problem with the people that work there are professionals that know what they are doing this is my service department from now on.
