This is the fourth time going into this Publix that service was horrible. I stood in front of the hot food for 10 minutes and was avoided the entire time. There was two employees that came from around back and saw me standing there and turned right around and never acknowledged me. Style of cans on the bud light platinum slims were a new style can the lady said also they have bottles she new that I was wanting normal cans but she convinced me for it good choice lady she's right I did like the beer style didn't change my decision I liked that perfect assistance

So i been debating doing a review, because i really love publix. Unfortunately i witnessed a girl in the deli area do something unthinkable to someones food last Wednesday, she had black hair and glasses. I actually told the woman who purchased the food not to eat them and if she knew the girl she said no. What is the .....coming too. This is very sad.

Great store. Employees are helpful every time I go there. The store is clean and the products (meat, veggies, etc) are always great. If I were to recommend anything they need more than one person at customer service most of the time. It can get backed up with the Lottery, sending money and all the other things they do there. Other than that, I love this store.

Went in to get a few things for dinner, unlike other publix stores, the only two departments that extended a greeting was the bakery and meat department. The store manager was on full stalker mode. I waited to see if he would greet me, instead he walked from the front of the store to the produce section to act as if he was examining fruits and nuts. The store setup looks clean, the floors were clean, the food displays were well lit, the shelves were fully stocked, and the cashier was great.
