On September 19, 2021 myself and my boyfriend purchased a 2007 Nissan Maxima from Mr. Julio Delgado Jr. Mr. Delgado received $2200 by 1:45 PM as down payment for the vehicle. I was given no receipts and no paperwork. After receiving the money Mr. Delgado hooked the car up to a diagnostic computer, and said that a part had to be put on. Mr. Delgado sent us to Auto Zone to pick up the part and then to Aamco to wait 2 hours for it to be put on. It was around 4:30 when we finally parked the car in our driveway. At around 9 PM we decided to take the car out for a drive. By 10PM we were on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck due to the car no longer accelerating. Because it was late we tried to contact Mr. Delgado the next morning but was ignored until I had put up my original review. His offer to rectify the situation was for me to buy the parts and he would pay for the labor as well as suspend payments until the car was back running. After having my mechanic look at it and Mr. Delgado and my mechanic made an arrangement for all parties to come out even. (With this arrangement I decided to take my original review down.)Mr. Delgado agreed to pay my mechanic for the work but he has now ghosted my mechanic. My boyfriend called him yesterday and his new offer is he has a Nitro he will trade out for if we give him another $1000. All I have asked for is my $2200 back and him take the car back. I'm currently working with a few attorneys for this situation to be fixed.It has been 30 days since he took my $2200 and I'm out of a carIf you are in need of a car do yourself a favor. DO NOT GO HERE. HE WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!
