Sergio in the Arcadia Cricket store is outstanding! He takes the time to completely explain the issue, is very patient and ensures you are happy before you leave. I have used ATT&T & Sprint for years and never received the level of service that Sergio provides.

I’ve been with Verizon for a while and inquired on switching to Cricket. Katya was the representative that assisted me with all my questions and she knew her stuff!
