Terrible place. Rude older lady cashier. Asked her 3 times getting gas on pump 11 and gave her the cash. Had to back in and ask to turn the pump on. I will never go back. I will definitely travel to the next station.

Put in a self check out machine all the other registers are closed . So we have to buy stuff from them and also work for them we pump the gas shop the store act as cleark now too . Where is the customer service places like this should be closed down. I'm not going to pay a corporation for a service I am performing myself

This post is to the owner and/or "policy makers" of Circle K. The other day I visited the Nocatee location. I had an armful of items to purchase, as usual. However, I believe it was your manager that said your new policy states that unless I'm buying lotto tickets, I have to use self checkout. I did not make those purchases, nor will I come into your stores again if this truly is your new policy. I refuse to use the self checkout system. The customers that were at the self checkout had to have the cashier leave her post to come teach them how to do her job. Are you seriously downgrading on customers service just as we're getting new convenience stores in town? Sincerely, Daniel

This store needs help! Usually nasty, fountain drink machine is a mess and usually the crushed ice machine is out or broken or the drink selection is poor cause they ran out of soda or it is broken! And some of the employees need to learn how to talk to customers! This used to be a nice clean store. Hope it changes!

Quiero que traduzcan esto al inglés ahí en esa gasolinera es parada de muchos que llevan barcos y compran 2o3 24s de cerveza y dejan la basura de las cajas de cerveza ahí afuera del bote de basura eh visto muchas beces eso y otros que ven dicen que son los hispanos pero los hispanos no tienen botes y llenan sus hieleras de cerveza y dejan su basura de cartones de cerveza vacíos ...como los blancos que si lo hacen hay cámaras reviven las cámaras y verán ....la verdad

This Circle K store in Nocatee, Florida is always so filthy inside and especially outside in the parking lot. Trash thrown on the ground and I'm always having to run over it with my car. They rarely have hot food to purchase.I shop in there regular but no more for me. The lady that always works as a cashier was extremely rude. She was acting as though I was invisible when I went to check out.Also, she gave me a mad attitude when I changed my mind about the snack. I was going to purchase fuel but she made me change my mind and so I went else where to do business.

Older man that works nights is always extremely rude and makes you stand there waiting while he's on his phone the entire time. I was there three nights this week and walked out without purchasing anything because I had to stand there so long due to him using his cell phone at the counter. It's unprofessional and ridiculous.
