Tried to force me to use the self checkout while the employee stood there on her phone. I am not employed by circle k therefor will not do her job for her.

A quick stop at this Circle K for gas. There are only four pumps and they were all in use today so it took a bit of maneuvering to get onto the correct side for the filler on my car. I did not need to go into the convenience store today. This station is selling Shell fuel products, which means that I got a bonus three cents off per gallon with the Fuel Rewards program. The credit card reader on pump number three did not work on my visit. Otherwise, the store was OK, it was clean, and the attendant was very friendly. I wouldn’t mind stopping here again in the future, but I would hope that management would take the opportunity to fix the pumps.

I went to store on Friday and Saturday and the poor cashier was by herself. It was so busy. I felt bad for the young girl. Her name was Bea. Shame on the manager for having her work in those conditions.

I rarely got to this circle k and today I realized why.. A I have a partial damaged debit card it has a slight bend. There are time that it makes it hard to swipe. I asked the cashier if she would type it in because they do not have the chip reader. She immediately refused explaining that they we're not allowed to type in card numbers. I replied um excuse me but every store I have been to has been able too.. She continued to refuse.. Her com worker Robert who was a awesome guy.. That we can type in the number if the card is present. Which it was I also had my I.D along with me and she then she said to him well you do it.. After my purchase was completed and I started to walk out she made a comment stating I will never do that again with attitude in her voice. Just bad customer service.. Needless to say I will never set food in this circle Kay again..

Looking for DD that was supposed to be open 24 hours and wound up here. Best coffee ever and friendly staff even at 4 a.m. I will be getting my morning coffee here from now on. Huge selection of breakfast items also.
