She was super nice. Literally lasted 10 min in her office.Made a mistake on our direct deposit. Have called several times & no answers have been given from her directly. Have asked to speak with her and not her receptionist. One week later - still haven't received response from her.

First let me start by saying- the last two years I have been using Castillo to do my taxes and the ladies have always been super quick, happy and very helpful! They even go out of their way to help over the phone or whatever the case may be! I’m so happy to be with them now! Thank you ladies!

Since I moved to Arcadia I have had my taxes done here and other things filled out never had a problem the ladies are awesome I always send ladies from work to go see Jamie keep it up ladies you rock
