My dad got a electric recliner for himself, it’s often not working and or refuses to recline and we have to constantly try to fix this issue ourselves, we’ve requested help from them and they haven’t returned our calls.

If I could put negative star rating I would. Don't waste your time or money here. Cheaply made furniture that is overpriced. Then you pay for a warranty that they won't make anything right with the customer. Either stuck with a broken couch or settle for a mixed matched set. It unexceptable to discontinue a product and screw over the customer. Terrible company policies and won't work with them ever again.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. We have been in this store 4 times in a row with the same lady behind the desk. She is the most unprofessional customer service person I have ever come across iny life. She sits there in laughs in your face with the manager who is also extremely unprofessional. This is a shame that a big company like this has managers and sales associates act? Ith this kind of disgusting behavior. Please if you are looking for a great experience in buying furniture STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!THEY ALSO TRIED TO SELL US A BROKEN RECLINING SOFA FOR $899 WHICH WAS THE SAME PRICE FOR A NON BROKEN SOFA RIGHT BEHIND IT!!!!!!!!

We purchased a sectional. When it was delivered two of the cushions had zippers on them that were broke which exposed the cushioning inside. The bottom of the sectional has a net type thing on the entire bottom of the sectional. This too the zipper was broke. Later that day the delivery person brought us two new cushions and stated the underneath netting would also be fixed. Despite contacting the store to follow up with this we have still not heard anything back from them. The netting is hanging down on the floor and looks terrible. Hum! Brand new sectional that looks terrible with the netting hanging down. Just wanted it fixed. WOULD NOT recommend the Arcadia store as when we tried to get them to do something they do not follow up with us as requested. It appears that once they have made their sale they don't care. I will be contacting the cooperate headquarters regarding this issue.

I am overall happy with Badcock. Diana has been store manager for many years and does an excellent job at being available and active with customers. I am a returning customer and my experience and interaction with the staff was and has always been great. My recent experience and interaction was with Maricela and she is very pleasant to work with.
