Parts department hung up on me the first time and I didn't give up I called back to the main place they sent me back to Parts person was not a good experience

They got our computer upgraded and running again. Good job. Good price. They take the time to explain what the problem is and various options. Will use them again.

Mike was courteous and professional. He was very quick to respond to my call.( as lucky as I am, there had been a cancelation that morning). He repaired our toilets attachment to the floor with no mess and no problems. Thanks, Mike for the good service
