I've always had a good experience at this location even when they are short staffed. I'm actually writing this review because of the teller Rehan, who was so kind and always communicated with me while I was waiting in the drive thru. She kept me updated with who was next due to her working the drive thru by herself. I was so appreciative of that and she was very efficient in doing so. Thank you Rehan!

If i could give it a negative rating i would...i have suspicious and unauthorized transactions on my account i called to dispute them and talke with "Irene" what a joke she is..she told me that i had to replace my card and dispute the charges "tomorrow" after they are processed..although the show as pending on my account..do not do business with wells farg

All in all, my experience with Wells Fargo customer service online and especially in person AT THIS BANK along with the record of lawsuits Wells Fargo has been facing lately due to their discriminatory practices and consumer abuses has made me decide to close out my accounts this year with Wells Fargo. To a better bank I go.

worst. wells fargo ever. manager did not even try to jump or help when there’s a line practically out the door with clients. Why am i waiting over AN HOUR to just sign for something. So inconsiderate

Horrible client service. I came for a business consultation. Nobody came to ask me “how can I help you” while I waited in an empty lobby. There were bankers with no customers... I saw one of the bankers texting on their phone.. I will not come back here ever again!!!

I got the bank at around 4:40. I needed to make a wire transfer and went to the counter. I was told it had to be with a banker. Okay no big deal I didn’t realize this. The guy then proceeded to tell me that I could wait for a banker and I might not make before the cut off time at 5 pm since the bankers were with other people. I take my seat and right at 5:00 the same guy at the counter comes over and says that I will not be able to do the wire transfer today because the system cut off time is 5:00. I told him the transfer does not actually have to go through today it is fine if it processed the next day. Then the guy made it sound as if the entire system shuts down at 5:00 and it will not work.

im about done using wells fargo because of these guys. there the most local one to me and run 1 freaking bank teller on the inside. lines stay long forever.edit: they reply the same to every comment. clearly nothing has changed

Counted 8 associates in the building. Out of all 8, only ONE teller inside helping out the line inside. Line has been 11 people deep for the past 24min that I stood here. Pretty pathetic and no sense of urgency. I mean cmon… def by far the worst experience at a bank.

Had to take a moment and comment on one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had, not only in a bank but maybe anywhere. Went into this branch at Piedmont Wekiva Rd and 436 for a simple straight deposit. The car line was around the building so I walked in. Line to the door, probably 14 people...and one guy working the counter. The slowest guy I had ever seen for a customer window, and appeared it could have been his first day. Two other staff were next to him staring at a computer screen like it was the first time they had seen one of those. Finally a manager looking person walked out of a door into the customer area, and I was thinking she would jump in to help. Nope, just looked and walked away, and then the 2 staring at the computer inside walked away and into a hidden room. This went on for an hour, literally, as I crept up to 4th in line. And the line behind me was still back to the door, even with several people walking in and just leaving. I finally asked the 2 who came back out to their screen if they could possibly help this one guy, who was now on the phone trying to figure out if he could give a customer cash back on his card, and they said they were busy, and walked back away inside somewhere. After I finally made my deposit, 1 hr and 20 minutes after I walked in, I felt compelled to let others know this could be the worst bank and worst branch in the country.
