Best car wash ever. THE ONLY THING I'M NOT HAPPY IS NOT HAVING A WATER JETT RIGHT BEFORE THE SOAP BUFFER. I START SEE LITTLE SCRATCHES ON MY TRUCK. BECAUSE THE LITTLE DEBRIS AND JUST DRY SOAP CONVICTION OVER THE PAINT.
PLEASE PLEASE INSTALL WATER JETT RIGHT BEFORE ANY MACHINE TOACH THE CAR. EXELENT SERVICE THANKS

I came here because the one I go to normally, was closed. I needed assistance since it was my first time and I didn’t know what I was doing. I pressed the help button and Chris came running over. When asking about cleaning the inside of my car he immediately volunteered to do it for me since I can’t due to an illness. He vacuumed and washed my mats and made sure that I was completely satisfied with what he had done. I really wanted to tip him but he kindly declined. It’s very hard to get customer service nowadays and Chris went above and beyond. It really meant a lot to me that he was willing to help. I spoke with the managers and they were super kind also. I will definitely be bringing my cars to this car wash from now on!

On repeated occasions, the machine does not register my license plate despite having deducted my membership in direct debit, in the office it was not activated and my second car was not listed, there was another name as the holder of the account, what is happening?

On the positive side, I got their highest level wash and my car looked good after going through the wash. Also the vacuums and towels after were good.
However, on the negative side, the worker at the entrance to the wash wasn't paying attention to her job (she was more interested in chatting with another worker) and being distracted like this caused her to give instructions that almost led to two cars colliding. Also the two floor mat washers I tried weren't working.

I came today to give my car a wash around 7:15 pm and the guy giving out directions to get into the ramp seems like he didn’t care about what he was doing the car on front of me went over the ramp because he wasn’t giving any directions just saying pull forward , then when it was my turn same thing happened my car went over the ramp and scratched my one of my wheels , boy if you dot like your job and you don’t care about what are you doing find something else.

Nice 1 stop an get the whip back shining kinda place easy in an out DYI, an the wash doesn't seem to be to rough on the paint either

Took my car there for the first time today and had an excellent experience. A big shout out to Ludacris(hope I spelled that right) who is a great representative of the car wash. The quality of machine that washes the car is outstanding but what was really nice was the free vacuum car mat air blower and all the slots after you get out of the wash. Well it is a little manual labor on your part nothing ever gets as clean as I want it until I clean it.

I came to get a car wash and after running it through i noticed the top roof trim of my vehicle was damaged. The manager told me that it could be clipped back into place and refused to admit that the damage came from the wash. I took the vehicle to a mechanic to see if it could be fixed and they claimed that the piece was damaged and irreplaceable. I don't see myself coming back here and would not recommend it.

I'm not happy, my car roof was damaged by the blower and they have a disclaimer, you know nothing happened they aren't responsible for damage.
They refused to pay, protecting themselves with the disclaimer that says that they are responsible for a car that is more than 4 years old from the current year or more than 100,000 miles. The drying turbines that day were so strong that they folded the roof of my car.
