If I could have given this Walgreens pharmacy a 0 zero star, I absolutely would have. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They have been giving my husband and I the go around for TWO months now on getting a prescription. He's been a type 1 diabetic getting the same medication for 26 years. We unfortunately had to go through Walgreens with our new insurance and it has been an absolute nightmare. All they ever do is say they never received any request from anyone and there is nothing they can do. Yet the doctors, the insurance, and now a new pharmacy I'm trying to go through says they sent over multiple requests with no response from Walgreens. I'm not sure a company has ever gotten me this worked up before. My husband NEEDS this medication and this place has zero compassion and obviously no one there wants do their job. Just awful.

Worst Walgreens experience ever. Rude employees with poor training in regards to verifying identification for alcohol purchases. Cashier confused date of ID issue with expiration date and then refused my purchase because it had "endorsements" claiming it was a different language to her.

As a person who needs to speak with the pharmacy frequently- I was bitterly disappointed by Maria's advice - "to call someone else" because she was "tired of answering those questions. Very poor customer service by Maria and Cici. Do not recommend this pharmacy when there are so many more in the area to choose from.

Apopka Walgreens is the best! Tasha is so on the ball ! She remembers my name . She remembers my prescriptions. She's always smiling and helpful . What a great crew at the Apopka walgreens! Thank you

Patrick is to rude to be working he's so hateful and mean he's absolutely horrible he's unpleasant just a grouchy for no reason. Kennard is such a pleasant young man maybe you should switch their titles. Either way I'm not shopping here again.

If you want to deal with pharmacists violating HIPPA laws...then this is the perfect pharmacy for you. Actually to be specific just ASK FOR DIEM OR ALEX. Both pharmacists completely broke HIPPA and informed me of other individuals (that I know personally & they know this) medical history, what specific medications they were taking, and the Dr that prescribed those medications to these individuals. Both pharmacists brought this information to my attention, I never asked one thing about them. Both pharmacists gave me the patients full name as well. I was ONLY inquiring about MY prescription. This is completely unacceptable. They both are rude, condescending, and DO NOT FOLLOW HIPPA LAWS.**Walgreens...Alex & Diem are a major liability for your company**

This pharmacy sucks! I had a refill available on one of my meds. They refused to fill it, no idea why. I had a new prescription called in at 9:00 this morning, and they haven't filled it either! It's now 3:54. They're totally rude, and just really don't give a shit. I'm already one day behind without the med. Stupid bitch tells it won't be ready until tomorrow. I told her I want it NOW, they don't care. They should be in another business, like maybe the Walmart garden center. They don't need to be at Walgreens pharmacy. I'll be sending this to corporate next, of course they probably don't give a shit either, otherwise why would this be going on. Start firing the slackers dammit!! No one else gets away with this bullshit.
