90 percent of the time People working at pharmacy here are rude. Some of the pharmacists act like high school mean girls. You are dealing with people with sickness( and their families), have some compassion.
One of the bilingual lady is nice though.

Pharmacy is impossible to reach over the phone, even from a providers office. They only pick up to say "Pharmacy, Hold"

I work at an urgent care and needed to contact the pharmacy because the patient stated the pharmacy didn't receive meds that we electronically sent over . I have been on hold for 20+ plus minutes waiting to speak with someone and I keep being placed on hold. They kept me on hold until their lunch time which of course at that point they won't speak with anyone. Will definitely be letting my patients know not to come to this pharmacy.

Is it possible to give a zero because that’s what I would give this location. It takes a ridiculous amount of hours just to ask some simple information with the pharmacist and update your insurance coverage. You call the pharmacy and they hang up and continue to put you on hold. I’ve been on hold for two hours now it’s ridiculous. I will definitely be transferring my services somewhere else. Clearly no one wants to do their job!

It's so unfortunate that the insurance company only pays for prescription through Walgreens. They took three days and two calls to my doctor office to get an expedited refill of my blood pressure medication after I ran out. The app doesn't work at all! My prescriptions don't show up in the app so no requesting refills online. I miss CVS!

I Give Walgreens On Rock Springs Road A 5 Star Rating In Apopka Florida Because They Always Fill My Medications Always On Time. I Like The Walgreens Pharmacy A Lot Because The Pharmacists Are Very Polite And Kind. I Love Shopping At This Walgreens A Lot.

The lack of professionalism, compassion and just basic competence in this pharmacy ESPECIALLY in regards to the “new” female pharmacist is OUTRAGEOUS! I will drive 30 minutes out of my way to back to my old pharmacist. Is this Walgreens trying to go out of business? Your staff is shameful.

Worst place to order online curbside pick up. When I came home, I found out that one of the item was missing and I called the store and spoke to the Team Lead Enrique, he told me that it has to be in the bag because the don’t have any left. And I said no, there’s only 3 bags and one of the item that I got charged for it is not in the bag. He said there’s nothing they can do about it. They can’t refund my credit card he said,The only thing he said he can do is if they will get the item in stock he will give me a $10 reward for inconvenience. What kind of a place it this. I never heard a place that does this in my life. It’s not about the amount because it’s only $8.37 it’s about customer service. Don’t make your customer feel like they are a cheater. $01 cent is the same as $100 dollars. Never again.

Treat others how you would like to be treated. The older lady that was helping me treated me so bad. I asked her for a price on the diapers because there was a sale sign and she said “didn’t it have a sign” yes mam it did. Which was fine but she told me she would hold my stuff while I got my card from the car. I came back 1 minute later and she said “may I help you” when she saw me like if she didn’t just tell me she would hold my stuff. She put everything back. Be nice and you will get it in return. I was super nice and I got attitude and rudeness back. I will for now shop at Main Street Walgreens. The manager told me he heard the conversation and she wasn’t rude at all. Please teach your employees to treat others with respect. You never know what someone has gone through in a day. It doesn’t hurt to be kind and provide good customer service.

I've been waiting more than 28 hours for 2 rxs to be filled. They're both for a surgery I had. I waited on hold for 2 hours and then was disconnected. Their whole job is to dispense medication and they aren't getting that done. That's why this store is closing!

Worse experience they are descriminating against me and refused to give me my medicine and won’t allow me to speak to manager and basically said oh well because they want me to use my insurance and I don’t have to use my insurance I can pay with my own money! I am so upset by the way they treated me and I have to go to hospital now. Peter Bay basically said go to a different store if I don’t like it because he wants me to spend more money on my medicine for my chronic pain. I am reaching out to news stations and everything!

Worst pharmacy ever! The ghetto has better pharmacy customer service and are quicker than the people behind this pharmacy. This is the second time that I waited over 30-40 minutes in the drive through to pick up my RX with just ONE CAR IN FRONT OF ME!. The second time I waited over 40 minutes to be told at the window to come back 10 minutes so that they can fill the meds because they updated my Ins. I ask why is there such a delay and was told people are updating insurance and other Blah blah. First, it doesn't take that long to get eligibility through the system. I know this because I've updated my insurance previously and it takes less than 5 minutes.I called corporate and complain! I understand the waiting game in customer service, but 40 minutes in drive through to be told to come back later and given an attitude by them and told there are other Walgreens around the corner is totally UNACCEPTABLE. I transferred my RX and will NOT be coming back to that he'll hole pharmacy.
