As a first-time puppy owner, I had a lot of questions, and every team member took all the time I needed to feel comfortable and have all my questions answered. The compassionate care that they extend not only to my new puppy, but to me as well, is absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend the team at Bear Lake Veterinary Clinic! Oh, and I am also impressed with their appointment availability and reasonable pricing!”
“I've been going to this clinic for almost a decade. The vet's are great, the techs are great, the front desk staff are always friendly. I have slightly difficult to handle pets and have never been made to feel bad about it and the staff has always been able to handle them safely.”

I am so glad to hear that she has her own clinic and I will look forward to taking my furry friends to her again. I am disappointed that you are not open on Sat.or so the website says. I need to make an appointment for my senior kitty ASAP but will try again.”
“I have never had an issue with this vet. Always courteous and honest. Never charge for tests that are not needed. Can’t say that about other vets in the area.”

Ashley Wheeler was very swift and through when checking my baby and Glenn was an amazing assistant. He was not only very friendly and funny, but he reassured any concerns of mine while informing me on future plans and visits. I appreciate how gentle they were when tending to Yuji as well. Not to mention, this place is very budget friendly! I will definitely be coming back!”
“I took my 9 year old Maltese for a check up. Dr Taylor and her staff were amazing. They were kind and thorough and so sweet to Gigi. I look forward to our ongoing relationship. Thank you to everyone.”

847 N Park Ave, Apopka“Dr. Rubenstein and the staff at Park Avenue Animal Hospital have been caring for my family's pets for over 30 years, and caring is putting it mildly! They have shown the utmost care and understanding of our family's pets. Recently I had to help my Daughter and her husband who is a colonel in the Air Force stationed in Alaska get their kitty, Charlie home to her family. They went above and beyond to research and accommodate the requirements for this relocation. I can't thank Amber enough for all the hard work she put into finding the proper paperwork we needed. Dr. R has helped me through my new puppy happy times and my end of life tough times. I am eternally grateful to him. He is a one of a kind, he is a GOAT and ensures that his staff represents that same type of care. Forever grateful to PARK AVENUE ANIMAL HOSPITAL!”
“Made a quick stop around 8ish. I ound a good dog food brand called gentle giants. Let's see how it goes. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even carried my dog food bag out to the car.”
“Had a wonderful first experience with Dr G and his staff. We enjoyed all the staff . they were very nice. We are looking forward to getting to know Dr, G and all the staff better and using the lovely facilities that the pet care center offers.”
“If I could give North Orange Animal Hospital in Apopka (NOAH) 100 stars, I would! I cannot put into words my feelings towards the experience I had with them.
A few weeks ago, I was visiting my parents from out of state. During my visit, I noticed my best friend of 18 years, a dachshund named Stanley Bones, wasn't acting as his usual self although he was eating and drinking as always. I woke up one day to find my father on the floor, holding Stanley up as he ate; I knew from the look in his face that something was wrong. He explained he went to let Stanley out but Stanley couldn't use his hind legs. At 18, Stanley moved slowly and struggled sometimes early in the mornings but, when we realized he really wasn't eating, we
were very worried. I told my dad we needed to take him to a vet so I called NOAH and they worked us in for that afternoon; however, they called back 30 mins later saying they had a cancellation in case we wanted to take it. We did.
From the moment we arrived, the front staff was wonderful; they were very attentive, caring and understanding. We waited a few minutes then were taken back. The back-office staff was just as wonderful and compassionate as the front one. Stanley was anxious but they pampered him and tried to make him as comfortable as possible before Dr. Chad saw him. After Dr. Chad examined Stanley, he explained his findings and gave us choices on treatment and outcomes. After a lengthy conversation, for which he sat down and didn’t make us feel rushed, my dad and I made the extremely difficult decision to put Stanley to sleep. Dr. Chad then explained the process step by step, making sure we had a clear understanding of what to expect and what Stanley would feel. If we needed time, he gave it to us. If we needed him to just do it, he did. During the entire time we were there, he provided emotional support for my dad and I AND Stanley; he talked to Stanley with so much love and compassion. As we entered the last stage, Dr. Chad moved at our pace, asking for permission before he did anything and explaining again what my dad and I would see. At the end, Stanley passed peacefully in our arms. I dare to say Dr. Chad was just as affected as my dad and I; I could see it in his eyes. He reassured us time after time he could see how much we loved Stanley and that we were doing the right decision for Stanley. After we walked out of the room, you could see the staff trying to hold their tears back as they gave us their condolences. All I can say is that I went in NOAH as a stranger and came out feeling like I was part of their family.
If you are looking for a vet, look no further. You will never find a better animal hospital nor a staff who are really genuine, compassionate, caring than NOAH. They will take extremely good care of you and your pets!”
