Automatic Transmission Fluid change.Pros: service people have good attitude.Cons: They say they use a machine that takes out bad ATF out and put as much new fluid in. Well it’s False.Here’s why:I stood there watching. They used the same dip stick mouth to suck out about 1 qt and then put in about 1 qt each time.Repeating the same process until 8 qt shows up on both sides in machine.Basically, they are sucking out what they are putting in.

The reason for 4 instead of 5 is that the equipment to do a radiator flush was broken and has been for a while. I was referred to another location. That location was busy so it took a while to get the service. Having said that, the employees at both locations were excellent. Unbeknownst to me, the Apopka location even called the other location letting them know what happened and that I was coming their way. That was much appreciated.Normally I would give an experience like this like two stars. The way the employees handled it that's why I rated it higher. My comment is that the a focus needs to be given to having the necessary equipment to provide the services you advertise.

The guys working at this location did very well on my veh and extremely helpful. Everything was so simple just to pull in and have them change my oil and wipers.
