I always use this location and usually have a good experience. Everyone is always so friendly, the manager is always helpful and the young girl there is very sweet! The reason for the negative review is that recently there has been one male employee (dark haired, young kid) who definitely seems like he does not want to be there. After the line continued to grow, he finally came out to help after leaving the other employee by their self for a while. I work every day too, and there are days I don’t want to be there. But because I am in customer service, I have to do my job and kindly greet people. He has not done this on any occasion on the last few times I have been there. He definitely is not helping this business grow.
