I just wanted to thank the team here for their outstanding customer service. They literally went above and beyond my expectations. Nicole and the gentleman that checked in my vehicle are so awesome!! I will definitely rent from this location again. They should get 10 stars for their service and professionalism.

I really dislike writing negative reviews, but in this case, it is unavoidable. My husband and I bought a travel trailer a few months ago and needed a place to store it because our HOA does not allow us to have them on our property. We rented a covered storage spot, and things were fine for a few months. Last month, our travel trailer was broken into 3 separate times. Whoever did it broke the locks on our outside storage and stole several items of ours. When we took a closer look, we noticed that several other travel trailers and RV's were broken into also. Some of them had their doors pried back and seriously damaged. There is also an RV there that has the windows boarded up, has lots of trash around it, but was the only one not broken into. It appears that someone is living in it, and we suspect that they are the ones breaking into the vehicles. Even after we reported the first break in, it doesn't seem like anything was done because it kept happening. They could have notified the police of their serious issues with vandalism and theft. There is a fence around the back of the storage area, but none and the front and anyone can walk or drive back there. Until they put in a gate and fence, this kind of issue will keep happening. Hopefully, they will make changes that show they care about the safety of their client's property. I can say that the staff there was always friendly and that when we canceled, they refunded our most recent payment since it was only a couple of days after the payment due date. I can't say anything about the storage units there because we did not have one. Rating from F to A+++, I give them a D- because what good is storage if your property is vandalized multiple times?

Hannah was not going to let us leave with the trailer light not working but she did have fuses on hand so we were able to get on the road. It's tough to stick by your store policy when it's inconvenient to customers but she was gracious and helpful.

My 3rd time renting for this location. My first time to rent a trailer. I put in reservation very last minute. Literally the night before, for pick up at 7:00am. Location seems to have a pretty good system, everything was running smoothly when I showed up at 7:15am. Both gentlemen at the front desk were very pleasant and willing to help. Trailer was available and ready as promised. Location clean, will lit for night time returns. Very happy with my reservation. Thank you.

It was a horrible experience at this location. The system over charged me and couldn’t explain to properly what I had been charged for.

I took my car in to get a trailer hitch and they did a great job for a good price. The communication was excellent. Josh and Billy were very professional.

It was my third time to rent a van at this Apopka facility. Apparently I interrupted the staff's smoke break because nobody was there inside the building. I only realized this because I saw 2 people behind the building on my way in and they came inside when the door chimed. Additionally, the staff who entertained me was giving an attitude when my driver's license address doesn't match my current address. Apparently it is for safety issue for their vans... yada yada. That she called her boss and said that I couldn't rent a van. Fine, pass the burden to your customers. Anyways, I told her it was my third time and she said the first two times a new staff member entertained me and she wasn't aware of the policy. The first two times I was in and out in like 5 minutes but this time, the lady who entertained me acted like I was in the courtroom because she had a counterargument with all I had to say. Anyways the attitude doesn't bother me because I'm not the one losing customers and I needed a ride. At one point her option was \"You can go to the Enterprise across the street, I'm sure they'll entertain you.\" I guess U-haul are making big bucks because they're driving away their customers. In conclusion, I was there roughly around 20 minutes which made me miss my original purpose of renting a van and doing all that online BS so I would make it before the facility I was going to's closing time. Missed an appointment because of one employee's unnecessary actions of wasting my time. To be fair she did give me a big box truck with the same price as the van though.

They don't keep appointments, and they double book as well.Made promises that could not be kept, too.They are happy to charge in advance, though."Sorry, nothing I can do about it" seems to be their to-go phrase.Not recommended.

Very professional service! Mr. Abreu explained the whole rental process in a clear manner, which helps you decide on which options to choose. Return service was also excellent, even as busy as the store was. Many blessings to all the staff!Fully recommended!

Go somewhere else. The manager is incompetent and defends the wrong doing of his employees despite picture evidence of things being done wrong and would still want to charge for them to fix their own mistakes that are safety issues. Steer clear of this location.

I lost India from work because I needed to install a hitch, my car spent hours at their store and when I made the appointment they told me they had my hitch, after hours they called me and said they didn't have it in stock, a lack of respect for customers

Called after work to verify closing times and pricing for propane. I was greeted kindly by nicole who answered all my questions with a smile you can feel through the phone. Soon arriving she greeted me and let me know she will take care of me. nicole was a pleasure to speak to. I left uhual wanting to tip nicole for her kind words and small talk while filling my propane tanks. But they don't accept tips! Maybe a raise with promotion! (:

The place was close to where we were camping at Wekiwa Springs and very convenient. Staff was extremely friendly and the owner Carlos was very helpful. I would definitely fill my tanks there again.

I went into this location of Friday May 6, 2022 to reserve a pickup. No one was in line. The two ladies were laughing and having a conversation. No one greeted me. I stood there in front of them for 2 minutes before another lady came from the back to assist me. I informed them about their customer service and one lady shrugged her shoulders as if she didn’t care about my concern. On Saturday morning, I mentioned this to Mr. Billy Eads and he apologized to me and stated he would take care of my concern. I am a retired veteran and when I spend my money at a business, I expect to be treated with respect and that did not happen. I was was taken aback and shocked at the the 2 women attitude as if they didn’t care or greet me. I waited 2 minutes watching them laugh and carry on a whole conversation. No customer should endure this treatment. It was awful!!!!!!!!!!!!
