I waited 30 minutes without getting a update on how much longer it would be. I asked Noemi how much longer and she said 15 to 20 minutes, even though I told her I was returning a T-mobile Home internet device that was already packed and only needed a return label that I also had in my phone. Manny helped me out immediately once he knew what I needed. While he was helping me, Noemi was playing on her phone waiting for a phone call from customer support that could take 10 to 15 minutes to get. Manny finished returning my equipment within 2 minutes. Noemi needs to learn time management.

Went to T mobile this evening to finish adding my lines to my business account. This is a 10 minute process. I arrived at 5:40 pm to find the doors locked and gate closed. When I knocked on the door the gentleman stated that it’s 6pm. It was not 6pm. I’ve only been with t mobile for a week but this is not looking good. As a business owner, my doors never close early. Very disappointing

I went to this location today and the Manager Manny and the associate Venessa was extremely unprofessional. It was obvious that Manny was already having a bad day. So once I tried to explain my frustration he was not friendly towards me the customer. He even went as far as calling me a liar. I am in disbelief of the level of customer service I received today. As far as Venessa, she offered to call me to inform me that a phone I wanted to purchase would be in stock on Thursday so I could buy it on Friday. She didn’t call me so I showed up on Friday. I asked why didn’t she call me she said she’s been busy. When I walked in the store today it was myself and another customer in the lobby. With about 2-3 employees in the back. Don’t promise / offer a customer something you aren’t able to fulfill. I also said his name is Manny right ? She said you know his name. I said I am asking to confirm. That was super unprofessional. Lastly, Manny called me immature, said how old are you 5. He also kicked me out the store and called the cops on me. I promise not once was I rude, irate, loud, disorderly disrespectful. I told Manny he should listen to customers and try to understand their frustration, instead of being defensive and unprofessional.

I was interested in T-Mobile for business. I needed a phone number to complete by brand new LLC, which I had successfully registered with all of the proper authorities, paid all of the fees, obtained a business bank account, and found a business nearby that allows remote businesses to rent mailboxes with suite numbers, giving a business a valid business address, a place to have mail sent, an address to write on any forms or documents instead of your home address (if working from home), and also the ability to have your mail forwarded or scanned and emailed to you. I had found one nearby for a reasonable price. The last step was the business phone number..I decided to try T-Mobile because, for one thing, I wanted a separate phone from my personal phone so I could use the apps, calendar, contacts, email, photo/videos, and of course, the phone number, to contact my customers and handle all other business-related communication. It is also necessary to have a legit business phone number to do a lot of important things as a remote startup. They had financing available for some phones, but I was really intrigued by the offer to get a FREE phone, especially since a lot of the phones that qualified were really nice! They offered this to me as a business line because I was a new customer and I didn't have any business credit yet. I was excited, and starting looking at the models on the sales floor to pick out my favorite. The problem was that the offer ended up not making any sense, and I had wasted a lot of time by looking at phones and asking questions about them to pick out the right one for me.I would have to pay for the phone, either outright or in pretty high payments with a pretty expensive plan, even the cheapest business line, new customer or not, would be expensive. After the phone was paid off, I would then receive a rebate for it, seeing as I had made all the payments and stayed within my contract with them for 2 years.I felt that I should have been told that beforehand, considering I had JUST started a brand new business, and couldn't afford to spend $750 on a phone, or even put $350 down and make monthly payments of $180 for 2 years. And then get the rebate for the cost of the phone. It didn't make sense to me, and I felt like they were just trying to con me into a contract or something, conveniently leaving out the fine print. If I had business credit that was in good standing for a year or so, I could have been offered a better deal. But I was a brand new start up, and they knew that when I first walked in. So why they withheld that information to just get my hopes up, I will never understand. However, T-mobile for regular customers, as in, non-business lines, is a great choice for a phone carrier. They have all of the latest phones, most are reasonably priced, and they have frequent promotions to switch from your current carrier to one of their plans for very little, or they sometimes even offer to pay off your current phone and whatever it takes to end your contract with your carrier. For startups looking for a business line? I think there are other options that you should look into before wasting your time with them like I did.
