The items are great there's a great selection but the prices are so high I never spend any money. They should be focused on trying to get people to part with their money but I never have any incentive because my money doesn't go far enough for a used thrift store. The furniture is unreal and the delivery is $75 minimum. I think they need to reevaluate pricing because whoever is pricing the items is smoking crack.

It's a thrift store. Really nice donation selections of furniture. Cool finds but honestly, some of the employees here are miserable. Apparently I started shopping here at a time where there receipt said you can return exchange but they were doing away with the policy and game me crap about returning an item I purchased the day prior because the wire was all chewed and broken. I didn't notice in the store bc it said it was tested. It was dangerous. The lady argued with me when I pointed out the refund policy. I spent a bit of money just shopping but that interaction soured my experience. I didn't even care about cash back. Store credit would have been great. Eventually i did get a credit. It's a hectic environment and they lack communication and rude customer service.
I won't be back for a while, if ever. I would rather purchase off Amazon and speak to no one than deal with an attitude over donated thrift items when they put trash out on the floor. I wish my experience was better because I enjoy thrift shopping and got a lot of awesome stuff. Word of advice, check the electronic items thoroughly before you purchase

This place is always stocked but the prices are definitely marked up. :( it’s sad because I really needed the prices to be affordable when I first moved to the area and they weren’t budging when I asked to negotiate a little lower for some old used chairs I needed.

Friendly and helpful staff. The store is overrun with inventory; items are priced higher than one would expect to see in a "thrift" store.
