Exemplary experience hiring these fellas. Turnaround time, cost, quality and communication all exceeded our expectations. It was our first time 3D printing and they took the time to go through the process with us. They also have an impressive display of 3D printed objects in their shop. We certainly will use this shop again and recommend them without hesitation.

If you are looking for a first class part I highly recommend Solid Print 3D. There is no one better in Orlando for 3D printing. They have saved me several times over the last few years. I needed parts that were not available thru the original manufacturer and these guys knocked it out of the park each time. If you need reassurance you are in the right place just call or drop by and talk to Will for about 5 minutes and there will be no doubt you have found the right printer. His knowledge and expertise will amaze you. I WILL NOT do business with any other 3D print shop in Orlando. Will keep up the amazing work. Printed my pieces today while I waited saving me a second trip across town.

Will was our 3D printing guy who went way out of his way to make us some beautiful cherubim wings for our Ark of The Covenant being used in our Easter Production. He listened to what we needed and he created it in minutes on the screen and then created our wings from a beautiful wood they had in stock! We were surprised to learn they work many different materials not all plastic. Excellent job Will! We will be back AND let everyone know about Solid Print 3D!

I’d like to comment on some of the other reviews I am reading. My experience with SolidPrint3D has been amazing. I think the problems experienced by the folks who left a poor rating is that they came in with a basic napkin-drawing idea of what they want, and when they realize too late that the process of turning a rough idea into something that you can hold in your hand can be expensive and time consuming, their disappointment and frustration makes them leave an undeserved low rating. Obviously, these folks are doing great work because the shop is full of new projects. I see the same people coming in and out whenever I’m there, so I know they have a bunch of satisfied customers.

Do not waste your time these people took my money almost $500 for a prototype in hopes of getting my product made. I never got a product just a run around and being passed around to different people from Patrick to Kayce down to interns. I am a mother of three and work very hard for my money. They pick and choose who they want to put effort into. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!

I really didn't want to have to write a negative review because I'm all about supporting local businesses, but I'd like to spare other people from having the same horrible experience I'm going through now. Please stay away from this company. I wish I could give zero stars. I've been waiting since November for my product and still don't have it. Solid Print 3D took my money and still haven't provided the promised printed product in return. And worse they have now stopped responding to my phone calls and emails. Since November they have continued to give me the run around with a promise of a product, but then miss the promised deadline. Now here I am months later with still no product in hand and no communication from the company. Beware of this company and their shady practices!!! Please spare yourself from being scammed like I was.

Thought I needed a 3D printing of some letters and the guy suggested to laser cut them out. That saved me time and money and they turned out just the way I wanted. Came to pick them up and they have a impressive shop.
