Went to this facility today and it is absolutely one of the best storage places I've been too, Samantha the property manager was very informative and had such a pleasant experience with her showing me the property and units. This facility is super clean and very secured. I noticed they are expanding as well which is a plus!

By far the best storage facility I have had in years! Well maintained, clean and smells new!! I always see the office ladies staying productive and they are very nice. I highly recommend this facility

This facility is one of the good ones in this area. It not to busy when i go to put things in my unit. The office staff Sam and Linda and both sweethearts. Facility is well maintained as well.

I came here today to check out the storage my husband rented online. The two staff at the front were very kind and nice. Very informative and detailed. It puts me at ease to know that our items that we will store will be safe and well kept. Thanks to them both for being so kind since we are moving to this side of town and are not very familiar with the area.

Stopped by this facility yesterday to check out some units for when I move and this place is amazing, super clean 24 hour security surveillance. Open for access til 10pm which is perfect. The management brings an IPad so they can look up different unit as we tour the property which is pretty cool. I highly recommend this facility for a storage location. Definitely renting soon. Thanks Sam and Linda yall are awesome!

Way to go Samantha! Stopped by today as I brought my daughter to her unit and seen this amazing breast cancer awareness display!!! This is another reason you should rent from here they support amazing causes such as this! If you rent this month they take $5 and donate to BCRF. I go to this storage with my mom all the time and it is always so clean and smells so fresh, the managers are so nice they give us waters and candy. They always are very friendly and always offer a helping hand. My mom always speaks highly of this place. We highly recommend this facility. They saved us when we had gotten evicted and had to store our home goods last minute. Thank you SmartStop Fam!! Special thanks to Sam the manager for all she does!!!

Priced a few units I needed to store a few home items. Spoke w Jay and Sam on 2 separate calls and will definitely be in to set up a unit. Great attention to detail and both managers explain my contract in detail.

They increased my rent twice since I’ve signed my initial lease. They give you a courtesy call to remind you rent is due, but don’t mention the rent increase. This will be the last month I am here. This is ridiculous. I signed a contract with what I knew I could pay, and now they increase it to what they want in their pockets.

Just left this facility and this facility is amazing, my grandpa always says the lady Samantha always treats him so kindly and always offers him help. Today she honestly went out of her way to find another cart for us to use which was a pretty far walk to get… I totally recommend this facility if you need a storage unit. Very clean, smells nice and the temperature inside is refreshing. They’re prices are not bad either. She gave me her card for future for myself and I’m definitely coming back soon, she also gave me a review card and I just had to give her 5 stars. You don’t find that type of service these days, I know my grandpa is safe when he comes here forsure

I came here today to check prices and check on the facility. This place was amazing it was super clean and the Lady Sam was amazing she was super sweet and respectful. She answered all my questions and concerns. She was super helpful she has great customer service. Thank you so much I will be back soon to rent a storage unit. I feel this will be the best place to a rent a unit
