“The staff were so helpful and kind despite being very busy at the time I showed up. They let me use their cart for boxes from my car and they had staff on hand to help a customer that only spoke Spanish. They were friendly and joking with one another and really impressed me with their work ethic.”

“My mom and I got our TSA Precheck done here and it was quick and easy. I was kind of worried based on the previous reviews that were mostly negative. But we arrived a few minutes before our scheduled appointment (2:40pm), and the worker was ready to go and the whole process was over within 10 minutes. The woman was nice enough and we didn't have any problems. She explained the process very well and was straightforward. Honestly, as long as you are prepared and bring the necessary documents that the website tells you to bring, you shouldn't have any problems. For me, I needed my driver's license and birth certificate. My mom also needed those along with her marriage certificate to link her current last name to her maiden name. Don't forgot to bring a credit card. Overall, I was happy with the service. My sister and my dad will probably have to get their enrollment done so we will be returning to this location again soon.”
