Had a great experience at this location the staff were super friendly even assisted us with the different types of Sheens and the pros and cons of each. We could tell this is a real paint professional place as there are no cheap knockoff items, all the items here seem to be well made and put together.

I brought in the old lid even, with the paint and color "macadamia" and code on it. Told them I needed it for touch up. It was a Sherwin Williams from Lowe's. Lowes, in our town, Sherwin Williams machine was currently broken. That was the only reason I walked into this store. I brought the paint home and tested an area and it didn't match. Brought it back and they told me I should of just went to Lowe's because their Sherwin Williams mixer is different than a Sherwin Williams mixer at a Lowe's store. They refused to refund because it says on the receipt, down at the bottom, "No Refunds". Receipts are given "after" purchase so not sure if that was just a passive aggressive move on their part. The store sold a home owner, a gallon of touch up paint, at $66, knowing it wouldn't match. Sherwin Williams, the time to advise a customer the paint won't match well enough for touch up, because it is the "Lowe's" flavor of the color, is before they purchase it, not after.

Super helpful staff. Had 2 paint samples matched perfectly. Store is tons easier & more helpful than waiting at big box stores.

I can't understand how they can have such a racist and unpleasant lady in that store to serve customers, several people have already complained and she is still there, I think about it a thousand times before going to that store, she always treats people badly Hispanics, and it makes you feel bad because you don't speak the perfect language, she gets annoyed by everything and always has a sour face, she really isn't good at serving the public.

The sales associates at this location are unbelievably helpful kind and considerate. They more than met my expectations. So helpful. The paint I was trying to get was discontinued so he found a comfortable paint and color matched it so it would be the exact same color as I have on my house. I couldn't be happier.

I'm so glad I chose to pick and purchase my paint here. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Sylvester was fantastic!! He was a great listener, asked all the right questions and gave tips and advice to help me choose the best option. I definitely felt that my best interest was what mattered most.
