“Great storage place with reasonable pricing and excellent customer service. My only complaint is that the main access gate was broken/open for several weeks, which reduced the sense of security. Also, one of the doors to access the building was malfunctioning and it took several attempts to enter the access code before the lock released properly. We reported that several times before it was fixed.”

She was super knowledgeable about the app and how it worked and was more than happy to assist me in getting my phone to recognize the place that I was at.
